Composed of two private spaces making it perfect for large families or groups of friends. Each spaces features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a total of 5 bedrooms and one bath each (5 bedrooms and 2 baths total!). The spaces are separated by 2 parking spaces for your use.

The space
Edwardian Apartment:

There are 5 steps on the outside of the building to get to the front door. Once you are in the house there are no more stairs. It's a single level apartment.

Walk into the entryway and drop your keys or bag onto the console table. Since little fingers touch our floors, please leave your shoes at the door.

To the left you will find the bright living/dining room with a couch, coffee table and 50" smart TV. This great room also features a dining table for 4 and a workspace for remote work.

Walk down the hallway and the primary bedroom is to your left featuring a California King sized bed and another desk & chair. This room has a closet with hangers & a dresser. The room also has a luggage rack for your convenience.

A bit further down the hallway you will find the fully stocked kitchen followed by the 2nd bedroom which has a queen sized bed.

The bathroom is at the back of the apartment with a bathtub, shower, vanity & toilet. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Walk out the rear door to find the laundry area which leads to the driveway and parking area. There are steps down to the parking area and behind the building there is another unit which might be occupied by other short term rental guests.

Rear Cottage:

Pass the driveway, the entrance to the cottage is on street level. Walk into the foyer which features
- Counter height table with 2 chairs
- Chair by the door so you can put on your shoes before going outside
- Hooks & a shelf - for convenient key storage
- Shoes at the door please.

Adjoining the foyer is the living room which has
- 50" smart TV
- 2 couches to kick back & relax

From the foyer walk up the 2 steps into the fully stocked kitchen featuring a dining table for 4

Off of the kitchen is the bedroom with a queen size bed and a door which leads to the deck.

The bathroom is at the back of the kitchen and has a tub, shower, vanity & toilet. We have stocked the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

The 2nd bedroom is off of the living room and features a full size daybed and a pull-out twin size trundle bed.

On the deck, there is a hammock & a table with 4 chairs for an additional dining option and a nice place to enjoy the amazing Oakland weather.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
