We are offering 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms condo located in the newly developed area near the Brentwood Skytrain. Located on the 3rd floor with a large wrap around balcony.
Open concept living area leading to good size balcony. This unit with features high ceilings, laminate flooring and floor to ceiling windows with sleek roller style shades.
Huge balcony with panoramic views. Central Heating and air conditioning. Approximately 750 square feet of living space and and there is 1 parking spot included.
