Eski ahır dekore edilerek konut haline getirildi. İkinci kat mertekler üzerinde duruyor ve tavan yüksekte olduğu için ev çok ferah.
Duvarlar 40 cm. kalınlıkta taş olduğu için yazın serin, kışın sıcak oluyor.
Sadece yemek odasında klima var. Diğer klimalar dış cephe görüntüyü bozduğu için kaldırıldı. Kışın konaklamak isteyenler için her odada elektrikli radyatör var.
