About this property

Cozy Chatham Cottage walk to Hardings beach Restaurants & downtown.

Newly remodeled 1950's era cottage with all the comforts for a great visit. Just off the living room and thru French doors is a very private deck with a gas grill, Weber kettle and a wrought iron table for 4. The cedar plank outdoor shower is just steps off the deck. Short walk or bike ride to many restaurants and stores. Hardings Beach is 1/2 mile away, walk or ride bikes (2 bikes on property). Downtown Chatham is minutes away by car, certainly a fun bike ride or a nice walk. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1.5 bathrooms (half bath has washer and dryer) living area with love seat and chair and television. Front sunroom area provides table seating for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a gas stove, toaster oven and coffee maker. Additionally, kitchen water is filtered. Great front yard patio filled with flowering plants with seating and small fire pit for another area to relax in.

The cottage was clean and well supplied! The hosts were dependable and easy to work with. One drawback was the full bathroom when taking a shower it made the whole bathroom wet! Also, it would be nice to have two keys.

Lovely cottage and perfect for two adults and our small dog. Clean, well-equipped, and cozy. Nice setting as well.Didn’t enjoy the spiders and ticks, both which could be addressed with some pest control. A microwave would be an added bonus!With these minor fixes, would return in a heartbeat.

Cottage was clean and well-equipped, bikes were in good working order, location was great- close to bike path, ponds for swimming, and not far from downtown. Only disappointment was the beaches were absolutely covered in seaweed, but Jill was quick to send pond recommendations for better swimming.

Good communication and lots of extras (e.g., paper towels, a few condiments, laundry detergent, plastic wrap) that were appreciated. Had a few snags the host resolved quickly. Easy walk to Dogfish Taco, Shops Ahoy (package store) a few shops and Job Lot. Beaches and downtown Chatham were an easy drive.

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental in Chatham! The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal — close to downtown with lovely shops and restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive. The check-in process and check-out process was very easy as well. Very sweet place, great getaway

What a lovely place to relax and a great base to spend a couple of days exploring Chatham and Cape Cod. There is so much to do and see nearby, and the space had everything we needed.
