Story house with 3 bedrooms (1 suite). Pool, barbecue and wood oven. Located on the beach of Guaratuba, in the Costa del Sol condominium (KM 200) Highway Holy River. The house is 300 meters from the beach. Complete infrastructure, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, stove, TV / DVD / SOM. Sleeps up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children). Air conditioning installed at Christmas 2014. The condominium has 24 hours security.
