Really great value. Cozy. Loved the new furniture. Lots of extra towels and comfy bedding. Only “even better if” would be cleaner shower floors and windows. We bought shower mats and left one there and that worked perfectly. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was good two issues when we first got there theo door was open and had not been locked. Did not see any damage or signs of any intruders. And one of the toilet seats in the main floor bathroom is either broken or loose. It was found that way when he first used it.

Property not acceptable. Ceiling peeling. Showers not clean. Stained carpets. Master sink faucet plumbed wrong (hot when should be cold). Basement shower not draining properly. Garbage under one bed. Outlet in bedroom missing a cover plate. Yard a mess. Screen on patio door broken. Broken toilet seat main upstairs bath. Cob webs living room ceiling. Not worth the cost.

Pretty nice place and worked for us

This is a nice home but could use a few updates for the price. Nice clean kitchen, nice living areas and lots of space. Location worked well for us and neighborhood seemed nice. Master shower was dingy and not very clean. As the cleaning fees keep climbing on these VRBO's my expectations get higher.

Check in was easy and communication was great.Bedrooms were little less than desirable. Bare minimum towels in bathrooms (no face clothes) Kitchen had no towels. Oven seemed to not be working. I had chicken in for 40 minutes and didn’t do anything so used stove top. For the price, it worked fine.

Overall the stay was good. There was no broom or vacuum to clean up after ourselves. Also it would have been nice to have some dish towels for the kitchen and a large kettle and frying pan. The upstairs bathroom faucet also didn’t work.Otherwise, no big concerns.
