Cute and convenient!
The little house had everything my friends and I needed for a comfortable weekend in Asheville. Easy walk or quick uber downtown. The space was very clean and we felt right at home!
This adorable cottage is very comfortable and very close to downtown Asheville. Chelsea, the owner, is lovely, helpful and friendly. Note: She's also a massage therapist and acupuncturist, so you can arrange a treatment during your stay.
What a GREAT location! Close enough to downtown to walk...... far enough away to avoid the noise! My favorite, as the family early riser, was enjoying the High Five Coffee one block away. We could not have been happier with The Little House! The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed (including a coffee machine... but note above)...... we even broke in SCRABBLE when we were taking a break from enjoying the area. We look forward to another trip!
Nice, quiet location that convenient to everything. The place itself was accommodating and worked fine for our family of 4. The only negative is that there’s no microwave.
Quiet and close to downtown Ashville
We had a positive experience staying at this guesthouse. It was close to downtown Ashville and luckily had good heating and lots of hot water and blankets because it was cold when we visited! The manager was very polite and promptly responded. The property is an updated vintage carriage house so if you’re looking for hotel-type amenities, this isn’t the spot, but if you’d like a quiet small house to crash for the night without dealing with parking or a crazy hotel lobby, then this is for you.
very cute cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little house. We weren't exactly sure if we would be 4 or 5 adults who would stay there, and Chelsea was frank about it being a small space for 5 adults. But, in spite of the fact that we were 5 adults in the end, we were still happy with the sweet space.
