Surf's Up at The Salty Palm! Steps to the beach!
New Rental! Steps to the beach! Location, location, location! You can see the beach access and dunes from the front porch! Spacious home beautifully decorated throughout. Beach, pier, restaurants, downtown Tybee, all within 1 block of the property! Private parking off-street! The Salty Palm is sure to provide a one-of-a-kind experience, ranging from an adventurous day out and about in downtown Tybee Island to a relaxing evening sunset on the beach!
The space
Surf’s Up at The Salty Palm is the first floor of the property!
The first floor of the home has the main entryway with laundry, and two separate apartments. Please note that the two units do not connect.
The first apartment is an efficiency suite with a queen bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower, and kitchenette.
The second apartment has a full custom kitchen, pullout couch, and separate bedroom with a queen bed. The apartment also includes a full bathroom with tub and shower.
The Salty Palm is a two-story home with three individual/separate living spaces. You can rent the property as a whole or separate as the first-floor unit or second-floor unit. Please note that the first floor is two separate units with their own individual entry from within the first-floor lobby.
The Salty Palm also has several outdoor spaces for guests to relax! You will find a large patio area with ceiling fans and plenty of seating! On the side of the home, you will find a covered patio space with picnic table and outdoor shower! The upstairs deck is reserved for the upstairs apartment only.
Each unit/apartment has their own private entry off of the main entrance to the property. If the property is rented out by separate bookings, then the guests should expect to share the outdoor spaces, parking, and the laundry facilities in the main entryway of the home with other guests.

Renting the property as a whole gives you access to all areas during your stay with us at the Salty Palm!
Other things to note
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement sent via dotloop prior to their stay. Please make sure to review any information provided by the host and rental company regarding your stay at the Salty Palm.
