Great Location and Property

This rental was clean and quiet. Excellent communication with host. It was convenient to restaurants and other activities Highly recommend to those visiting the Lubbock area. We will definitely stay here again.

It was fine for our stay to move into college. The yard looked ratty and when I opened the blinds, there was dirt all on the blinds and in the window. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND COFFEE CREAMER!

Good place

The beds weren’t very comfortable, and seemed smaller than a queen. House was very pretty, but lawn and back yard a little unkept. Our hosts were very nice and responded when we texted for supplies.

This property was amazing and spotless! All the comforts of home. Amenities were excellent. Very easy check in and check out! Easy communication with property manager. Will definitely make this a place to stay when I visit family again.

I am from Lubbock and was coming 'home' with my brother, sister-in-law, and niece to visit. This place was perfect! Big and spacious and comfy. Very quiet street/neighborhood. The hosts were great and easy to contact.

We were impressed with the beautiful decorated Christmas tree. Overall the property was nice. I did make a few suggestions to the owner that would make the stay more comfortable and the owner was very receptive. I would rent again.

The house is as described, quiet neighborhood, house was clean, with small areas that needed some attention like base boards in the bathrooms, but overall very happy. Beds were my only issue….very firm not comfortable in any of the rooms for our family, this can be personal preference, but none of us slept well. master room only had 2 pillows on the bed with extra in the closet but no extra pillow cases anywhere I could find.

The home itself is great. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is quite large giving you plenty of space. However, when we arrived, we were disappointed to see weeds in the front yard over a foot tall and trash strewn about. There are areas inside that are in need of maintenance. I opened a drawer and pulled out a spoon that had dried food on it. I grabbed a plate and it was also dirty. The window sills in the primary bedroom had dead flies behind the shutters. Ultimately, I didn’t call the hosts because, to be honest, we were in the process of moving out of town, and I was too tired to deal with it. We just ate out and used the space to shower and sleep. It was disappointing because we recent stayed at a different VRBO with the same hosts and it was a completely different, very positive experience. I’d 100% stay at the other one, but I wouldn’t choose to stay at this one again.
