Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage home located 5 miles west of the southern part of the strip. Tucked away in a small cul de sac, no behind neighbors. Easy access, very private, stocked with everything you need for your temporary home away from home. You’ll love the nice layout out and open space of the downstairs. Large backyard, lots of light but nice shutters to keep it cool during the day. Close to freeway access and restaurants, this place is a gem in the desert!
