Welcome to the Roost on Greene a well appointed two bedroom condo in the heart of Columbia's Five points area. Our condo is a short walk away from the University of South Carolina's Campus and the restaurants of Five Points. The unit has LVP flooring, a well-appointed kitchen, and all new bedding. The property is very close to Sengra Park, The Vista, and Williams Brice Stadium. We have decorated with new furniture, new internet TVs, and a well outfitted kitchen for your stay. Our unit is perfect for a corporate client or someone looking for the perfect Game Day getaway for USC sports. For all the South Carolina Gamecocks out there we are also going to contribute $25 a stay to Carolina Rise to support our Gamecock Athletics. The home has internet and Smart TV's with YouTube TV, Netflix and Amazon all available during your stay. The Roost on Greene is close to everything you will want to see and do in Columbia.

Excellent Location

Location was perfect for us. Inside was very clean. Owner was very responsive and helpful along the way. In the hallways of the complex itself....well, stunk. I would stay there again, just not with my wife.

The apartment provided everything it promised. It is just steps away from USC and right in the 5 points neighborhood. The owner provided good and prompt communication and was extremely accommodating when our flight was delayed in allowing us to check out later!

Perfect Place Near Campus

Jason's place was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, easy to access and Jason was super accessible and great to communicate with. On top of that it was ideally located right in Five Points near everything including campus. It is an ideal spot for a visit to campus or Gameday! Super cool Gamecock decorated place as well. Can't recommend Jason and his apartment enough. We will be back for sure!

Pleasant stay

Clean property, host was very responsive. Would stay again. If I could make two suggestions, put thicker curtains or blinds on the windows in the main room... very difficult to watch TV with the afternoon sun coming in behind it. And the blinds in the bedroom are broken, would recommend replacing them... its just a cosmetic thing :-)

Moms weekend out

We planned a mom’s weekend for my best friend and I to go to the concert and game. We were given the wrong address for the apartment, which made us miss our Uber, and extremely late for the concert, we paid almost 1grand for. It ended up being an extremely uneventful weekend, so we left early Saturday morning and came home.

Way to noisy for work and a good nights sleep

My main complaint is that the noise should have been clearly communicated in the listing. There was a freight train that passed through about eight times a day directly ON Greene St. one block away; the horns blared loudly for several minutes each time. There was also loud street noise most nights. On a positive note, the host was very responsive to ordering and delivering basic cooking necessities that were missing in the kitchen. Also, there was no comfortable place to eat or work. I was working remotely while my daughter needed a good night's sleep for her clinical rotation at Prisma each day.
