The property is located just down the street from Yellowstone's north entrance...it is small but really cozy and had everything one would need (stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toilet, shower, bed, tv, etc.) in order to enjoy themselves as they soak in the sights and activities Montana/Wyoming/Idaho has to offer. I also feel the dedicated parking space is a major plus of this property, since parking throughout the small town of Gardiner itself is a bit sparse.
Make sure you bring or purchase those particular things you need prior to heading to Gardiner. There is only one grocery store and the selection is limited if you're normally accustomed to being able to pick up everything you need in one trip from Costco/Wal-Mart/Target.
I would totally stay at this property again if I head to Yellowstone once more, Julie was a great host and very communicative.
