A unique basement apartment with a cozy ambiance to create a relaxing atmosphere. You will have access to the smart TV with amazon Prime and plenty of books or movies to choose from. The memory foam mattress will give you great nights sleep, allowing you to wake up to a small coffee/tea bar with plenty of selections, including different ways to make your coffee, and a full size kitchen with gas range stove for those chefs. Basic cooking utensils and items are provided. Note: the ceiling is low, approximately 80 inches.

What a complete gem! The space was spotless, and decorated beautifully. Perfect location for meeting up with our CSU student, and also walkable to restaurants and a brewery. Do not hesitate to book! Can't wait to stay again at this cozy apartment!

Location was great. The apartment was small but ok for one person. The shower was small as was the bathroom. The kitchen was hood with an efficient gas stove. For me it was good spot.

It is centrally located to the college and downtown. It is on a very busy street, which at times made it hard to get out of the driveway. There is no air conditioning, but a couple of fans are provided.

Great stay!

All in all, great stay! This apartment worked well for our needs and is close to CSU and downtown/Old Town. The only (relatively small) downside for us was that the early morning light filled the bedroom, so we were up a little sooner than we had hoped on Friday and Saturday.

The apartment was cozy as advertised and absolutely adorable. I loved the classic books with the boho vibe. The bed comfy and the chocolates were delicious! We hope to stay here every year!

A Great Space to Relax

I was in town for an event at CSU. This place is roughly 2 miles from campus and 2 miles from Old Town, conveniently located. It was easy to get in/out and so close to everything. The space itself was fantastic. A separate bedroom, kitchen/eating area and a separate living room with an enormous amount of DVD's, books and board games. The room fans in the bedroom and living room were an added bonus! I will stay here again! Sarah was easy to get in touch with and made the check in/check out easy.

Perfect spot

I stayed here because it was just a few blocks away from the Colorado State University campus. This basement apartment has everything I needed and was very comfortable. Most importantly, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom is small and you do periodically hear the upstairs dwellers but the owner is upfront about both. It was very quiet though. We will be going back for sure.

Great stay! Cozy indeed! Bed so comfy. Everything I needed and more. Tons of books and a great game closet. Great use of small space. Lots of windows that open for great CO cross breeze. Cute decor! Notes all over to explain tv, stove, etc. Two bottles of water and slippers waiting.Great host communication.All as stated in listing. On corner of prospect so there is traffic noise but nothing a noise machine didn’t hide and I knew the location going into the weekend. Great hot water output and shower pressure. All necessary amenities. Basic spices. ‘Heads’ up if you’re over 6’ tall, ceiling height may be an issue for you. Will be back!

Adorable, rustic feeling basement apartment. We loved it. The coffee maker wasn't working, (for us) ;) but the unit had a pour over pot and french press so we actually loved the slower paced morning cup of coffee in the beautiful ceramic mugs. Would recommend for sure.
