Perfectly situated 2 miles from Davis Wade Stadium, our 2BR/2BA unit has been newly renovated in 2023 with new paint, floor covering, light fixtures, quartz countertops and a full kitchen with new appliances.
The space offers a combined living area and kitchen keeping everyone together with comfortable seating, large screen smart tv and dining table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless appliances and eat-in bar with stools is perfect for gatherings. Up-to-date, comfortable furniture throughout including a queen pull-out sofa bed in the den. The first ensuite has a king size bed and the second has a queen bed. With two full baths there is plenty of space for all guests to be comfortable. In addition, this fabulous ground floor unit has front door parking.
While here, your favorite spot may be the front patio to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktails with a lawn view. We have an ideal spot for couples, families or a friends getaway.
