Francesca’s house is great . Beautiful location and perfect for large groups . I have been all over Italy and Bellagio is now my favorite city . I would absolutely stay here again . CIAO

This must be the most beautiful place on earth! Pictures do not do it justice. Our combined family of 10 couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay at Il Poggio. So comfortable, clean, breathtaking vista. Francesca was a delight to meet and work with.

I can’t say enough about this place in Bellagio! The apartment was comfortable, spacious, in an unbeatable location and the view is incredible! Costa was a great host that helped coordinate taxis and provided suggestions based on what we were looking to do. We did not want to leave this apartment - it was the highlight of our vacation. We will definitely come back again!!

Our family of 4 had a lovely time. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the added details such as laundry soap, dish washing detergent, etc. Central A/C was fantastic- a rarity in Italy! The small, sleepy fishing town is absolutely stunning- our only struggle was the stairs. Under our circumstances (two small children and mommy who is expecting another baby soon), it was a bit of a struggle. Trips back and forth were not possible for us in the heat so we had to make sure we had everything and couldn’t really go home for a rest midday. We expected more taxis to be available, but we struggled to find one on a regular basis. Even with the stair challenge, our family was so happy to have this lovely cottage to enjoy our week in Bellagio. I should add that there is a large, gated courtyard where our children could run around freely. Thank you again!

I stayed with my son at la Cascina for two weeks. It’s a lovely little place with a spectacular view of Lake Como. It’s located at “il borgo “ and you are near everything: restaurants, shops, scalinatas... but with absolute peace because it’s in the inner streets of the town. Leonardo is an excellent host, who goes beyond his duty to make your staying enjoyable. He even managed to find us a pump to inflate my son’s wheelchair’s wheels. We will surely return.

My family and friends (group of 7) joined me on a birthday trip to Italy. Davide’s villa was perfect in every way! It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location close to everything you will need/want. Sumedha was incredibly helpful and friendly. We highly recommend!
