Great cabin, some hidden charges

  • 4 of 5

Great cabin, clean and great location. Very close to NOC and private. Hot tub and fire ring were great. View is amazing and plenty of windows to see it all. Company called to request more money after paid in full despite noting all guests in original form. Also said there was WiFi but when I called about it they said that was an additional fee as well. No water or power last day due to a major storm but this is expected that high up in the mountains and was not bad since there was so much natural light in the cabin. Would have been ideal except for asking for more money twice.

Beautiful cabin, great for a weekend getaway.

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was nicely decorated and the view was absolutely beautiful. A few things to note, the driveway is very hard to drive, if you’re arriving at night it night I could see if being almost impossible to find. My other recommendation would be to stop at the Grovery Store in Bryson City before heading on to the cabin, it’s almost a 30 minute ride from the cabin to the closest grocery store.

Everything you'd want in a mountain cabin rental!

Great view, well-stocked, and super clean and cozy. Loved that the hot tub was ready to go when we arrived & they supply plenty of firewood. Having a jet tub in 1 room and fire place in the other was so luxurious!

Quiet, peaceful

  • 4 of 5

This home is located in a really nice place with a great view. It's a bit rough getting up to it as the signs are small and faded...do not attempt to find at night. It is a very cozy home. Shop before you get here and you need everything to cook a complete tasteful meal with except salt and pepper. It is supplied with basic utensils to prepare a meal and eat on and drink. I have visited several cabins in North Carolina and this one was the least stocked we have stayed so that was a bit disappointing. Most of the cabins have the "use it, replace it" honor system. This cabin felt more like a spring hill suites with fewer people. The hot tub was great overlooking the stars and seeing the lighting bugs. They do provide a few movies and a couple of games and books but not much of a selection. The two way fireplace was fantastic but set it in the opposite room you are in so you don't hear the ticking of the timer.

Beautiful, spacious cabin.

  • 5 of 5

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4. We used the grill, the hottub, and the firepit. There was plenty of firewood and propane. Cabin was clean and we loved sitting on the deck each night. We spent most days at the NOC, which was only 10 minutes away. The cabin is super secluded and we will definitely come back.
