Spacious 3 Bedroom Sleeps 5 - Walk to Botanical Garden - Long Term Pet Friendly
Bright and spacious second floor 3 bedroom/1 bathroom in historic Shaw neighborhood. Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of off-street parking. Only a block from the Botanical Gardens where it is lovely to walk year round and only half a mile from Tower Grove with great paths for biking or walking as well as enjoying the Farmer's Market. Central location just minutes from major freeways 44 & 64 that puts you within less than 5 miles from most major attractions and hospitals.
You'll have the entire apartment unit to yourself only one other unit below. Enjoy a large dining area with seating for 6 and fully stocked kitchen with all your essential cookware as well as a dedicated workspace for those working from home. We are pet friendly and there is a large fenced in backyard. All utilities, high speed internet/wifi and access to Netflix/Hulu are included with your stay.
NOTE: There are a few steps (~14 steps) from the street level to the front entrance of the building. The unit itself is located on the 2nd floor of the duplex so there will be additional stairs from the front porch into the unit. This unit may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
BEDROOM 1: - Queen sized plush memory foam bed with extra pillows and comforter/quilt/sheets set to stay extra cozy during the winter. - Nightstands with ambient lighting - Two separate closets for extra storage - Iron/Ironing board - Hair dryer - Roku TV with Netflix & Hulu.

Blinds and blackout curtains in all three bedrooms for a more restful night sleep.
BATHROOM: - Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, towels (bath, hand, & face), hair dryer and hand soap. - Hallway closet towels and with essential cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, broom).
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: - Living room with comfortable large couch and love seat set plus ambient lighting. - Roku TV with Netflix/Hulu - Fully stocked kitchen - Separate dining area with large table seating for 6 - Central heat/AC controlled by Nest Thermostat.
Provided Amenities: towels, linens, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap.Please note: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and perishable items (coffee, salt, oil, etc.) are NOT supplied. Convenience stores are within walking distance if you need to shop for those items.
This apartment is within walking distance to Botanical Garden and Tower Grove Park as well as many local restaurants/cafes and located just minutes from downtown.

GUEST ACCESS: Private entrance in the front with keyless entry. The front door is keyless entry and auto-lock after 30 seconds. Please make sure doors all closed tightly and all the way to ensure that the deadbolt can fully lock. Back doors are manual locks so please make sure they are locked on your way out.
You will have private access to your unit along with the shared basement washer/dryer and the fenced in backyard that is also shared.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: You have the place to yourself and we will respect your privacy. However, we are available for help or provide recommendations usually via app message, phone, or text and will reply as soon as we are able. Interested in an extended stay? CHECK-IN: after 4 pm CHECK-OUT: by 11 am
Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and can be accommodated with additional fee with prior approval from the host given there aren't other guests checking in or out during that time.
NOTE: - Self check-in with keyless touch pad. Please notify us of your arrival and departure times to schedule cleaning. Code and directions given in message prior to arrival.
- Strict NO PARTIES and NO SMOKING of any kind (i.e. cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or anything else) inside the unit. Violators will be charged a $300 fee and your stay will be canceled immediately with no refund provided.
- NO unregistered guests.
PARKING: Plenty of free street parking
TRASH: Dumpsters are located in the back alley. Access is through the front entrance and down the side of the building.
PETS: are welcome with prior approval from host prior to booking and there will be an additional one time fee. This is to cover the cost of an additional "deep" cleaning to assure future guests with allergies are not affected. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the backyard, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Pets must be crate trained and needs to be crated when left alone in the unit. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund provided.
- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet (One time fee) - Long Term Guests (over 28 night stays): $150 per pet (One time fee). Housekeeping service is required and included with rent. If damage to the unit is found from your pet(s), your reservation will be canceled immediately and no refund will be provided.

The property was the perfect location! We were able to walk to the botanical garden and several restaurants. It was super close to everything we wanted to do. The area felt super safe when walking around the neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent and the unit was well kept.

Nice!
We were in town for the wedding of our son and this was the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet.
The location is awesome - nice neighborhood, within easy walking distance to the Botanical Gardens, Farmer's market at Tower Grove and restaurants.
Communication with the host was prompt and easy.
Definitely recommend and would stay again if in St Louis

My dad, brother, and myself had a last minute booking for a family emergency. They were more than accommodating for the 3 of us on such short notice. Great Spot!
Great neighborhood! The unit was very clean, and spacious for 5 adults. We cooked meals and played games together. Close drive /Uber to several markets, coffee shops, activities & restaurants. Diem the owner was very speedy with communication & problem solving. The stairs in/out of the unit were a little steep, if you have any issues doing stairs this might be a challenge for you! But we are all under 30 and it was fine! Even got to know the neighbor through passing & she was very welcoming as well😁

This is a very nice spacious apartment in a good location. The unit has bumps and bruises, but overall it is a very good space. A couple drawbacks are that the washer and dryer are all the way down in a somewhat dingy basement and the parking is only on street.The Missouri botanic Gardens are a very easy walk from this unit along with local cafés.We had no trouble finding the unit and checking in.

Awesome property for family trip to STL!! We had a wonderful stay during our time in St. Louis. The neighborhood is fantastic with tons of coffee shops and restaurants and walking distance. The area is excellent and the condo is spacious and well maintained. Comfortably slept five over several nights. Host Diem was amazing!!! Acoomodating, kind, helpful and prompt! Value was fantastic. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to The Lou!!!
