This modern castle-like multi-unit home is located steps away the Hudson river, where you will enjoy a panorama view of the NYC skyline. You will have the entire 1st floor, 3bedroom, 2bathroom and a sun room to yourself

Enjoy your morning with a coffee on the oversized countertop in the chef's kitchen or read a book in the sunroom surrounded by oversized windows on all sides, before exploring everything North Bergen and NYC has to offer.

There are many highly rates restaurants and bars nearby, within 10 minutes walking distance. However, if you plan to visit Manhattan, the bus stop is only 2 blocks away or 3 minute walk from the house.

The buses are 128/165/166. It will take to you Port Authority in Time Square in approximately 20 minutes.

There is also a ferry a short drive away, located in Port Imperial. It runs every 30 minutes and takes approximately 8 minutes to get to W. 39th street pier in NYC.

There are plenty of street parkings, however North Bergen has a strict parking permit ordinance. Non-resident cars must have parking permit to park on the street overnight, otherwise you will be ticketed. Temporary parking permit is $10 per day and you may get the permit from the 24 hour self-service permit vending machine located 1 minute drive or 3 minute walk from the apartment. Exact location is provided in the check-in details. If you have trouble finding it, please refer to the map in the apartment. Please follow the parking instructions, the host will not be responsible for your parking tickets.

Lovely home close to NYC and American Dream Mall

This was the perfect spot for my family. Plenty of space and toddler/kid friendly. 20 minutes from American dream mall and close to NYC.

Great property but neighborhood is not welcoming

The property was great as far as location wise, only 15 mins to NYC which was great. The inside was spacious and updated, very nice. The only issue with the house was we ran out of hot water one evening and also one of the bathroom showers in the master bedroom, water was very slow to go down the drain while showering. Parking is iffy, neighbors are not welcoming. The host was very kind and responded right away, and very accommodating when an issue arise. I’d just recommend not brining your vehicle and to Uber or take public transportation. But overall our stay at this property was great! Thank you to the hosts!

Great choice.

Very pleasant stay. 4 nights, 5 days. Hosts were awesome and communicated well with me throughout stay and directions on check in and check out were very clear. No confusion whatsoever. Shower head was great and everything was clean and comfortable. Nice and safe area from what I could tell. I would recommend this rental.

Beautiful property ! Fantastic location ! Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean . Fabulous neighborhood and easy access to bus stop to go into NYC ! Host are super responsive and having a nice laundry room was great. Great restaurants in neighborhood , easy grocery store ride. Definitely recommend this Vrbo. I loved getting out of city of Manhattan after being there morning to eve. We will definitely stay if we need a bigger house w/family again . Left a fave pair of pants and they got them to me asap. THANK YOU ALI & Danny

very nice place, perfect size for our group. Danny was so helpful regarding public transportation to NYC, also was so nice to allow us to leave our luggage in entry way on days of check in & check out, since flight times varied. would highly recommended the house.

Great stay

The property was as advertised, spacious and comfortable. My kids, 2.5 and 5, loved it. Parking was hard to find on Saturday and Sunday, we had to park 3 blocks away but on weekdays we were able to park directly outside the home. Otherwise great stay and great communication from the host.

Great place to chill while visiting NYC

The house is bigger than it looks and has plenty of space for my freinds and I to comfortably stay for couple days. Its also pretty near to the ferry thay heads into NYC.

Such A Beautiful Home...A Great Stay!

I want to highlight how easy it is to check in, and the owner was gracious enough to allow us to check in early as we arrived from LGA earlier. The house was such a beautiful Queen Anne-style home. It is very spacious with some modern touch while keeping its old-fashioned structure/frame intact. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet as we walked around. I love how close it is to a bus station to head to NY MTA. The short walk to the bus stop was also beautiful as it showed the NYC skyline from afar with the Hudson River surrounding the base. It was such a great view. The house accommodated 6 of us very well. My mom's only request was if she could have had a standing whole-body mirror, it would have been much better. Otherwise, it was such a great stay. Thank you again for hosting us!

Great Neighborhood, spacious comfortable house

House was just as advertised, even bigger than we expected. Host and check in process were flawless. Good access to NYC, though we found ourselves going to dinner in North Bergen because it was so convenient (and good!)

Great location to NYC

There was a lot of space for every member of our family (it was 6 of us). The house was a short walk to a great kids park. Within a short walking distance we were able to see the NYC skyline. The place had all the things we needed. We drove two cars and we never had a problem finding a parking spot on the street. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is that floors were sticky with some kind of a detergent. Not a huge issue when you thing about it, but definitely needs improvement.

Don't Drive

The stay was nice, lodgings were as described. We drove and had some problems with parking, also main guest room air conditioner was a little sporadic. Other than that, it was very nice. I would probably rent again.

Große Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Unsere Urlaubswoche war sehr schön. Großer Tisch zum Frühstücken mit großer Küche. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Jeden Morgen sind wir mit dem Bus (200m bis zur Haltestelle) nach Manhatten Port Authoritiy ca.40 min. 3,5$ gefahren. Das liegt unter dem Times Square. Abends zurück. Der Bus fährt alle 20 min. oder sehr oft. Ca. 13 min. Fußweg durch den Park ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Ich habe jeden Morgen Brötchen geholt . (Was die Amerikaner so unter Brötchen verstehen :-) ) Man kann auch mit der Fähre rüberfahren und hat dann eine super Skiline . Auf Manhatten kostet die Wochenkarte U-Bahn 35$. Und die City Bikes können auch genutzt werden. Dazu App installieren. Abends und Nachts ist es sehr ruhig in der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstraße. Manhattan trip

This is a great place in a great neighborhood! We booked this for a week long trip of sightseeing in New York for 2 couples and our youngest son. It was easy getting on and off the island by bus and we figured out the subway system pretty easy. The place is beautiful and served us well for everything we needed. We did debate on renting a car but for going to New York City it seemed like more of a liability than an asset. The bus is 2 blocks away and it takes you straight to Times Square/port authority, where you can catch almost every subway, in 20-30 minutes. I don’t think we waited more than 5 minutes for a bus in the 14 times we took it. If we stay near New York we would definitely come here first.

NYC vacation

Excellent location for public transportation into NYC! Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. Very spacious accommodations. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area.

The property was immaculate, it was more impressive in person than depicted in the photos, and we were delighted with the property and location. Near one of the best Italian deli's Cuomo & Sons! 10/10 would stay here again!
