Completely renovated in March 2016! New granite in the kitchen & bathrooms, new cabinets and stainless appliances in the kitchen, new bathroom vanities, new furniture, freshly painted and decorated.
Beautiful, three bedroom, two bath, ground floor (no stairs or elevators to deal with!) beachfront condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Outdoor patio has access from the living room and master bedroom. Great sunsets and sunrises! Ocean sounds to lull you to sleep.
Two outdoor pools, indoor pool, fitness facility, steam room, sauna, meeting space, large grassy common area, tennis courts onsite, security guard on duty, grills and picnic tables.
Living area - glass doors on east side with view of beach, large sliding glass doors on south wall, with direct beach view, large mirror on west wall gives three views of the beach in the living area, tile floors, Flat Screen TV and DVD player, large sectional sofa that makes into a double bed, and wicker lounge chair.
Master bedroom has a king size bed and Flat Screen TV. Second bedroom has a combination single (top)/double (bottom) bunk bed and a Flat Screen TV and DVD player. Third bedroom has a king size bed and a Flat Screen TV.
Kitchen - Stove, refrigerator, microwave/vent hood, dishwasher, tile floors, large variety of cookware, silverware, glasses, and dishes, crock pot, ice cream maker, picnic basket, blender, coffee pot, and mini-stereo system.
Dining Area - table with seating for five and seating for three additional at the kitchen bar.

GReat location to pools and gulf!
Condo is nicely updated and decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We had a little problem with cleaning , condo not fully ready at check-in. Owner was very responsive, tried to make things happen faster. Maybe a new cleaning service is warranted.
We had a great time! Great location and awesome condo!
We will use this condo again when we go back! Love the location of condo on ground floor with green space right off patio!!! Very clean and well maintained!

I am a picky person.... and I am a repeat with these accommodations. I can not say more than I WILL be going back. The accommodations, layout, view, amenities etc.... are simply great. You are on the ground level... have a grassy lawn to sit out on while looking at the sandy beach and ocean approx 60-75 feet out. A pool within 40 ft to relax around. I believe you will go back..... if not.... then good luck in your search of a more enjoyable and accommodating stay.
Spring Break 2016
Condo was newly renovated and was gorgeous. Views were spectacular. Couldn't have had a nicer place for our first Orange Beach visit. Definitely would stay here again.
My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. This condo was absolutely perfect. We have two small children and it was very accommodating for them and us! The condo was stocked with all the dishes we needed, beach stuff, towels, everything and anything you would need. The views from our room and the living room are amazing. The best part is being on the ground floor you walk right out to the pool or to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! The owner was very quick to respond to my emails and very reasonable on the price! Definitely worth every penny!!
This condo was everything we were expecting. Everything we needed was right there. This is a great condo for families. We had a toddler who enjoyed every minute - the beach, the ocean, the pools and everything in between. I would recommend this condo to everyone. Fantastic vacation.

RENTAL RULES 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. Pets are NOT allowed 3. Parking: PARKING PASSES are available and must be purchased, at a cost of $20.00 per vehicle, at the Condo Association Office on the complex grounds. Renters must display parking pass at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. PARKING is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 4. Water and Septic: Please do not put SHRIMP shells down the Kitchen disposal. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the bathrooms. 5. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: • Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; • Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and • Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
