Paradise Awaits You! Cozy, Quiet, Clean, Expansive Beach Style Nado Home

Come vacation in a BIG, yet cozy, beautiful craftsman style home in relaxing Coronado! Our remodeled 4 bedroom-3 full bath home will give you space to spread out and relax while enjoying all Coronado has to offer. Comes w/golf cart ($1600/mo value), ideal for getting around town and being able to park in tight spots!

We are looking for a family to rent our home for June and/or July -/+ (available May 25-Aug 1 2024 ). Minimum 26 days, get 2 days free if you rent June & July!

The upstairs Master Suite with a sitting room plus master bath and gym will rejuvenate you prior to going downstairs and relaxing in the family room or reading the paper in the backyard. There is also a deck off master and gym, + a rooftop deck w/SD skyline view.

The second Master Bedroom, has a Queen bed, and is called our “Hotel Del” room for its unique decor. A full bath and walk-in closet are attached to room.

The kid’s room has 2 twin beds and sleeps 2. Lots of games here.

The guest room has a full bed and is the coolest (temperature wise) room in the house.

Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and family room. A/C is rarely necessary and the bedrooms usually get a nice breeze.

The garage is stocked with a ping pong table, 5 Bikes, and boogie boards that make an fun & easy beach outing or game competition. Numerous board games and 2 corn hole sets are also available.

We will entertain a small/medium size dog and have a 4-seat licensed, street legal golf cart for easy commuting (& parking!): Please message owners for possible pet add-on.

Granite countertops, everything you need in a kitchen with washer-dryer off the kitchen. Family room is exceptionally comfortable w/seating 8-9.

NOTE: Minimum stay length is 26 nights. You will just enjoy your time here!

Walking distance to Hotel Del or Ferry Landing- -and easy bike or golf cart ride w/out the parking hassles! On top of all this, we have great neighbors!

Why they chose this property

Our home is the perfect place for your family vacation and/or reunion! We love to share Coronado with family and friends. We are a block and a half from the Ferry Landing (over 20 shops & restaurants), Smart & Final, and just 4 blocks from Coronado Brewing Co., Serranos, Tartine, Boney's Bayside Market, Nicki Rottens, Rosemary, etc. There are so many things to do on the island, great for biking, running, walking, going to one of the "Best Beaches in America," or just hanging out at the house that will make you feel right at home w/all of our comforts and amenities. We have a close knit community with great people.

What makes this property unique

We are an active family! We swim, play tennis & pickle ball, run or walk the beach, or walk up to coffee shops/restaurants and take our dogs to Tidelands Park 3 blocks away. Riding our bikes in the evening along the Boardwalk along the Bay or catching the ferry over to Petco to watch a Padre game, attend the Pops concerts or just cruise the Gas Lamp District makes a great evening! We are blessed to live in a safe, beautiful community with Smart & Final, Boney's Market (like a Whole Foods) and The Ferry Landing, with great Happy Hour restaurants, shopping, ice cream, coffee shops and more all just 2-4 blocks away! We are on the Bayside of Coronado which is a lot quieter than the beach side of the Island during the summer. It is easy for the family to bike to the beach or relax at the bay. Access on and off the island is simple from our home. Our neighbors are great. Bottom line: Life is Good!

We can provide housecleaning and babysitter recommendations as well!
