Glade Run House - A quiet country home retreat with a stream running through it.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful split level home with room to stretch out. Located at the end of a country road with 2.5 acres of grass to roam and a stream running through it. Nicely furnished with a farmhouse style and a large eat-in kitchen with all the amenities for cooking.
You are minutes way from the Susquehanna River and some of the best fishing streams in the State. Hiking, fishing and the great outdoors are right in your backyard. Roam in the Loyalsock State forest, hike the Loyalsock Trail, relax at some amazing State Parks like Rickett's Glen and World's End.
Muncy and the surrounding areas are known for the amazing trout streams including Muncy Creek and Loyalsock Creek and the bass fishing on the Susquehanna River and surrounding lakes.
The Susquehanna River is 5 miles away for kayaking or canoeing available at the local rental location. Rich Port Adventure Company, a great local place, will provide everything you need.
Eagles Mere Lake is 25 miles north as a small vacation town with a beautiful view of the Fall leaves.
Loyalsock Trail, the famous 59-mile hiking trail through the Loyalsock forest is 20 minutes away.
Knoebel's Grove is a free-admission amusement park that is very family friendly and a hidden treasure in the area. And its only 45 minutes away.
Clyde Peeling's Reptiland, which opened in 1964, is a zoo located in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, and specializes in reptiles and amphibians. The zoo houses mambas, cobras, vipers, pythons, and other snakes, as well as alligators, tortoises, lizards, and frogs. 11 miles or 17 minutes away
PA Grand Canyon near Wellsboro is a spot you have to see and its 70 miles away through some gorgeous sections of PA Wildlands.
