Spacious one bedroom unit located in the heart of Tomah near all the best shopping and dining. This property has close proximity to I-90, the Tomah VA Hospital, and 15 minutes from Fort McCoy. Updated space with new flooring and stylish furnishings. This location is at the end of the building on a quiet street. A great space to stop while passing through or spend an extended period.

The Space:
Fully furnished one bedroom with private entrance. All areas in the unit are accessible to the tenant including closets and full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen including: silverware, dishware, drip coffee maker (coffee not provided - guests are responsible for bringing their own coffee), toaster, basic pots and pans, basic cooking utensils, and glassware. WIFI throughout the whole unit with Smart TVS. Guests are welcome to use the laundry facilities on the lower, backside of the building. Laundry is coin operated and open 24-7 to guests. The property is located near local parks and is connected to everything in the area via sidewalks.
Guest Access:
Guests will be sent a code 1-2 days prior to their stay as there is a smart lock on the main entrance to the home. Instructions on how to enter will be sent 1 day before arrival to your email.

Guests are able to park in the lot or utilize city street parking. Only one vehicle can be parked in the permitted stall, any additional vehicles will need to utilize street parking. Guests will need to be aware of alternate parking during the winter months, please read signage located in stalls or on sidewalks.
Getting Around:
Taxi services are available in Tomah. The property is also connected via sidewalk to many of the area's best shopping and dining. Best shopping in the area includes Maurices, Cranberry Country Mall, Humbird Cheese Mart, Stars Boutique, All Things Amish & more, and Market Place.
Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of neighbors as quiet hours are from 10:00PM-7:00AM. Dumpsters for trash and recycling are located down the entry driveway on the left side of the cul-de-sac.
Please note, maid service is not available and only starter supplies of paper products, soap essentials, and linens are provided. Pet friendly properties meaning all rooms pet friendly.
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

This property was clean and quite, I would recommend and average temp kept as the place was so hot when i arrived it took hrs to cool down...otherwise not a bad stay

Very impressive apartment.
In fact the pictures online don't grasp the real charm of this cozy nook. I see myself staying here in the future because its warm, inviting, functional and located nicely to stores and such.
However;
As an outdoorsman; the need to hang damp clothing to dry is vital but the apartment lacks hooks and pegs on the walls.(outside & especially inside)There is ample wall space to make the improvements without negatively impacting maneuverability. A ceiling fan in the kitchen or living room would also help with outdoor gear/clothing/equipment & cooking with the stove.
I like to cook and this kitchen setup made me so happy i ate like a king.
Ability to do laundry on site is terrific.
I like this place and the customer service representative, Jamie.
I thank you all at "Patriot" for helping me have a great week.
