Esta casa adosada de más de 2300 pies cuadrados está a un corto paseo de Short Sands Beach y de las tiendas y restaurantes de York Beach. Con parking exterior para 3 coches y un garaje 1- coche, esta casa puede acomodar fácilmente a múltiples familias. La primera planta cuenta con una gran sala de estar con un sofá cama doble, baño completo y lavandería. La planta principal de concepto abierto tiene una cocina moderna, barra asientos para 4, comedor asientos para 8 personas, 2 salas de estar, una terraza, cuarto de baño completo y un dormitorio de la reina. El tercer piso tiene 3 dormitorios (dormitorio principal con baño incorporado completo, dormitorio de matrimonio, la habitación de los niños con dos literas) y otro baño completo. También hay una ducha al aire libre, juguetes de playa y zona de almacenamiento cubierto.

Great place for family vacations!

So much to do there for our 6 grandchildren ages 3-12! Lots of toys and games for them. Kitchen is filled with everything we need. Beach is an 8 minute walk from the condo. We love it there! This was our third year vacationing there.

Our 3rd time at this well equipped and spacious townhouse! We had 8 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 months to 6 years. Location is perfect for families with young kids - short walk to Short Sands Beach, Playground, Arcade, ice cream and smoothies. The house is clean and well maintained with an amazing supply of beach chairs, sand toys and kids books and puzzles.

We had the best stay here! Can’t beat the location. We had 3 families staying with kids 2-8. Plenty of space for everyone, a beautiful deck that was nice and shaded to cool off after beach days. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and MORE than everything for the beach. Sheila was fantastic — reached out the day prior to check in with instructions. Hoping to come back next summer!!! Made the best memories.

This property is well appointed and maintained by the owners. I believe partly because of this and its location to easily walk down to York Short Sands, plus three floors with bedrooms and FOUR (4) full baths make it among very few that can comfortably handle 10-11 people. The owners are quick to respond to even the most mundane of questions texted to them.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great vacation with family. Accommodations were great for our family. Able to walk to beach with toddlers and if needed return for naps/breaks for them. I would highly recommend this home away from home.

Perfect location and great family home!

The house has a great layout for a multi generational group. We stayed with our 3 adult children their spouses and 3 grandchildren, House was clean and well stocked and walking distance to each, playground, restaurants etc,

Great Location

This place had everything we needed and more. There were many times when we said 'Wow, they have a...'. The walk to the beach and downtown was super close. Communication with Sheila was smooth. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family vacation.

Great location; close to main street and beach. Park my car on Saturday and never moved until the following Friday. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Hope to be back next year.

Perfect for family vacations!

This property was wonderful for our family vacation. Equipped with everything we needed including lots of toys and games for the children. Sheila is a very responsive host. If you have any questions, she responds quickly. We can't say enough good things about the place. We'll definitely be back again.

Awesome Family Vacation Place

This is our second summer vacation week at this condo. So much to do for children just inside the house - toys, games, books, movie DVDs, and a short walk to everything including the beach and stores near Short Sands Beach. Our host is extremely responsive and answers texts immediately. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a griddle! I can't say enough positive things about the condo or our host. It was awesome!

Beautiful Week @ Short Sands

Another Fabulous week at Sheila’s Beautiful Beach House!! This was our second year renting from Sheila, soon to be third, we could not ask for a better place to enjoy York Beach. The house is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants & shops. Our two families have rented for the past 16 years in York Beach so we are thrilled that we found this gem that provides a comfortable space for all ten of us to relax. Sheila is a Wonderful Host & thinks of everything to make your stay Fabulous.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This rental has everything you need for a family vacation at the beach. Amazing location!! Just steps away from Short Sands beach and Long Sands is a short drive away. Sheila is a warm and welcoming host and her rental has so much space to spread out. It’s extremely clean and cozy and fully stocked, including all the beach essentials you’ll need for your stay. You’re also just steps away from all the cute little shops, restaurants and arcade. Highly recommend Sheila’s rental. My family made some amazing memories on this trip that will last a lifetime!

Home Away From Home

This house is amazing. We stayed here mid-July 2023 with our family of 5 (two adults, two teens and a tween). This was our third time staying here, and when we walked in the kids said it felt like our home away from home. As always, the house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. We have stayed here previously with 9 people and there is space for everyone to spread out, but also areas to congregate for socializing, game time or movie night. It’s less than a five minute walk to the beach or the center of town. Overall, the house and location can’t be beat and Sheila is wonderful to work with. TL;DR This house is awesome and you should rent it!

Exactly what we had hoped for!

We had a family wedding in York. The venue was less then two blocks away. We have semi adult kids 18-24 yrs old & my sister-in-law the same (23-29 yrs). The 2 families fit perfectly. Those that went up Friday night played games & hung out in the townhouse, it was cozy & clean. Lots of bathrooms to get ready for the wedding in on Saturday. We had time in between the church & reception and it was perfect being so close to the little town. We were able change & explore, there’s so much activity walking distance. The place was just what we hoped, really met our need! Easy to clean up & be out on Sunday but owner didn’t rush us since the next ppl weren’t expected until later. Easy check in (code). Just what we hoped since we were squeezing a really special niece’s wedding in between our daughter’s graduation ceremony on Friday night & her grad party on Sunday. Exactly the no fuss experience we needed!

Great stay at York Beach

This is our 2nd year renting this townhouse and it has been a great experience! It’s very spacious, clean and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach & restaurants. The owner is very responsive as well! Highly recommend!!

Great location and Nice clean property

We loved this property. Very clean lots of room for my family. 6 Adults, two 3 yr olds and 1 yr old. Plenty of parking for our 3 cars. We parked our cars and never needed to used them again all week. Shorts sands beach is about 100 yds , we were about 5 houses from the town shops and restaurants. Also the zoo is right in town. My grandsons loved the zoo. We would definitely recommend this property. The house was supplied with everything we needed. Sheila was great. Thank you Sheila we will definitely be back. Linda , Gary and family

Great Place-Perfect Location!

We make our way to York beach a few times every summer. We love the area and were looking for a place close to Short Sands and accommodating for 10-12 people. Sheila's home nailed it! The driveway is right off main street with plenty of room for 2-3 cars. Downtown and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk. Close enough to the beach, yet far enough away to be quiet and quaint when at the house. Sheila was very easy to communicate with. Check-In and Check-Out was contactless and easy. The townhouse is bigger that it looks in the pictures. There is plenty of room for large groups. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We did not have kids with us, but it we did there is a lot there for them. Games, toys, books, movies, beach toys. We really enjoyed this home and hope to be back again!

We had the BEST stay at this Beautiful Home!! So clean & comfortable with a great layout for our two families to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Perfect location!! Everything York Beach has to offer only a short walk away. This house is equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. The owner, Sheila, has a property that makes you feel like you are home. This was our 14th year renting at York Beach and this was one of our best experiences. Ready to book for next year!! ☀️⛱🌅

Great find!

The house was amazing. Sheila made the whole process easy. She responded to all my questions within hours. The house was clean, close to the beach, and full of so many extra perks. There were tons of kid toys, books, and movies. The house is well stocked with kitchen items and linens. There was plenty of room for our whole family. We will definitely stay again!
