Cute little place. Worked great for parents weekend. Within 15 minutes of our son at the university and within a few minutes of gas station and restaurants. Host was very communicative. Area is very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Property was in a great neighborhood and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Interior decor was modern and very organized. Interior was cleaned VERY well which is what we’re very big on. Nice size rooms and comfortable furnishings. We were very pleased with the overall stay.

The house itself is truly a hidden gem and is so much cuter in person than in the pics. The house is super spacious, with plenty of room to spread out, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a third full bathroom was definitely a plus for those who were not staying at the house. The house allowed us to have the entire Equestrian team over for dinner which was super nice. The only downfall to this property is that the house is located in a flood zone. The driveway is not paved, and had not been grated, causing me to scrap the bottom of my rental van, possibly damage the oil pan. Therefore I recommend that you advise people about the driveway and recommend that they drive SUVs, trucks, basically vehicles that have a high road clearance. Also, because the house is off of an unpaved road, I would advise that this is not a place where you would want to stay if you are going to be without a vehicle. In our case, the original plan was to leave a group of adult kids and their coach in the house, and driver was staying at a hotel close by. In the end, I am glad that we opted to drive up with two vehicles. Other than that, the house itself is really wonderful, better than what we had expected.
