Very centrally located -15 minutes will take you to Hollywood, Beaches, Beverly Hills, Westwood UCLA, Downtown, Santa Monica, and 4 minutes to Culver City. This one-level home has recently been lovingly renovated with comfortable, high-quality, decorator furnishings.The room have gorgeous hardwood furniture and hardwood floor. The 1 bedroom features a new comfortable mattress. It is spacious and very clean. Light and bright. Just outside is a large private patio . Also one Parking space. This home is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood -- in the very heart of Los Angeles - quick and easy freeway access. Near it all! Approximately 25 minutes to LAX. It has high Speed WiFi and 42' smart flat televion. It can comfortably sleep 4 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a large 'L' sofa bed in the living room that converts to a full-sized mattress. Parking space included.

Just what we needed!

We were relocating from DC and needed a comforable place to stay near neighborhoods we were apartment searching. The host was excellent and prompt with responses! The large patio private patio was just an added bonus!

Perfect place

This place was perfect, my husband and I stayed here for three weeks while I recovered from surgery, it was so comfortable and very clean. Rudy, the property manager, was very attentive to our needs and the perfect host. The private patio was so nice and the perfect place to relax during my recovery. The fact that it has a garage was a bonus too. It also has washers and dryers right there which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this to others and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Wonderfull place

This was our first time in Los Angeles . We really enjoyed coming back to the appartement after long days of sightseeing . It was exactly as listed Very clean , bed confortable, nice outside patio and chairs We enjoyed a lot having a parking The host Rudy is really nice and easy to reach if need be The appartement had everything we needed. We do recommend it without hésitations and if we come back to L.A one day , we will return here Thank you Rudy Nicole and Bruno Quebec City, Canada

College tour visit

My daughter and I flew to LA to tour UCLA, Pepperdine and USC. I was nervous about staying in LA bc I didn’t really know what areas were safe. After a long day of travel we were a bit nervous about this rental’s location but our fears were quickly put at ease. Rudy met us as we were unloading the car and made sure we knew how everything worked and checked to see if we needed anything. That really helped us feel comfortable with both the location and rental. Rudy’s attn to detail made this stay pleasant. This guesthouse is clean and well equipped. We used the smart tv every night as we were getting ready for bed. I appreciate the coffee & creamer in the cabinet as that is one thing I overlooked at the store! The bed is comfy, the area quiet for the most part. We felt safe and comfortable. Being able to text Rudy with any questions was very convenient and he was a most gracious host. My daughter has chosen a school in the area so We will be back and will look for this rental’s availability first.

Great Place to Stay in LA

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice cottage home! Everything was great! Clean, comfortable and everything was well stocked with anything we needed. The location was great, too. The area was really nice and peaceful. An added plus was having the garage space. We highly recommend this place!

Awesome Property and Host

We were very pleased with the property and the host Rudy. He made the check in process seamless. The place was emmaculate and well stocked with normal household needs. He came by at our request for assistance and was very accessible. Having laundry facilities on site was a bonus. We were able to go home with cleam clothes which saved us time. We would highly recommend future guests .

A base for LA vacation

The place was as advertised and Rudy was an excellent host! The place was very welcoming and fully equipped with all the essentials. Generally clean but some improvement in the details is possible. It can also get quite hot but AC solves this one. Big plus is the parking spot, as it would be quite tough to find street parking. I would certainly recommend this place!

Great place for our trip

This was a great find for our trip to LA! Initially we were going to stay with a friend, but our plans changed and I was lucky enough to find this place. The place was clean and cozy--it was a great place to come back to after a day of running around and having fun. The garage is super small so be sure you don't drive anything bigger than a CRV. We'll definitely be staying here or at one of the other properties Rudy owns the next time we're in LA.

It couldn’t be any better!

Five stars are not enough to rate this property. The guest house was perfect. The location made moving around LA a piece of cake. Anything that you needed from restaurants, grocery stores and parkways were a short easy drive. As for our host Rudy he was incredible. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If I lived in LA I would go out of my way to make Rudy one of my friends. If you are visiting LA you couldn’t find a more wonderful place to stay. Thank you Rudy. It was a great experience.

Very nice stay, wonderful host.

We really liked our 4 day stay. Rudi promptly took care of all our requests. Roomy, clean, quiet. Bed really comfortable. Garage was narrow so dont drive a big car or truck. The street had cars and trucks parked very close to the driveway making it tough to back out.

Wonderful Apartment

This apartment is large, well furnished, full kitchen, and very well maintained. Rudy was responsive to any questions. Just a few blocks from the 10 and just north of Culver City, the apartment is as well situated as anything can be in LA. I was there for a week in April, so all I needed was a floor fan, but other air conditioning is available. Most of all, I felt at home, safe, and comfortable. The bed was OK (but where can you find top line mattresses in a rental?) I recommend this place for anyone.

Nice place, could be a great place if a little more attention to detail & a comfortable couch

Guest house was cute, having own parking off of the street was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Down side was the couch was horribly uncomfortable to sit or lay on! Beside table lights didn't work (contacted owner, said he'd be there at a certain time and never showed up the entire stay). Kitchen very pretty but lacking some basic helpful items, no dish soap, only two bowls, a couple glasses. Every rental we have ever stayed at has had sugar and coffee for guest (which is a nice detail especially when you fly in at night and don't want to have to grocery shop upon arrival). Over all if you don't plan on using the couch and know ahead of time to stop at the store for some basics it's a very nice place. Aside from the few things that could be change the place is almost a perfect place to stay, and I must add it was very quiet and the price was right.

Excellent location, spacious flat with new kitcken

It was great having a garage and being set back from the street. Pretty quiet area. Nothing charming about the flat, and it could use an additional heater and blanket, as it was quite cold during my visit. Very easy to find and easy to get around with close access to Rte 10 and LAX. I would stay there again.
