Soak in the breathtaking views while soaking your cares away in the private hot tub oon the covered porch and sip your favorite beverage while the quiet splendor of your surroundings. This tiny home-style cabin is all-new, providing you with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. A mighty mid-size kitchen is equipped for at-home meal planning or on-the-go snacking. Free WiFi and a smart TV are included for added modern convenience. A powerful mini-split air-conditioner and a small enclosed gas fireplace provide year-round comfort.

Things To Do:
-Be sure to take advantage of the new Hatley Pointe Ski Resort (15 miles north) that just opened after major renovations.
-Explore Mars Hill University (4 miles west) and stop into the quaint small town coffee shop, grab a meal at a restaurant, enjoy a movie or beverage at Mars Theatre Brewing Company or bring your discs and try out the disc golf course on campus.
-Take a hike at one of the numerous hiking areas around WNC like Bailey Mountain Preserve (5 miles north west)
-Stop by and check out Weaverville (10 miles south) and the art galleries, stores and shops on your way into Asheville.
-Asheville has many places to enjoy and explore and is only 20 miles south.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Cute Cabin on the Farm

Awesome "tiny home/cabin" with a great view of the Smokey Mountains 25 minutes from Downtown Asheville. Great homebase for hanging out in Asheville and sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Brand new fits and finishes perfect for a couples getaway. I would go back to this place again no doubt!

Hidden gem in the hills

We wanted a private getaway just outside of Asheville and after hours of research we settled on Sunrise Cabin. The cabin was pristine and the views were beyond impressive. The added bonus of having cows in plain sight while enjoying a morning coffee and watching the sunrise was beyond our expectations. This hidden gem is just an easy 20/25 minute drive from downtown Asheville and was just what we needed. We will be going back!
