Apartment with a spectacular location in the newest concept building in Fortaleza, 50 meters from the sea, close to the main tourist attractions in Fortaleza, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a twin bed; a bathroom; living room with TV, internet and sofa bed; kitchen and parking space in the garage. The condominium has excellent infrastructure: swimming pool, sauna, gym, games room and laundry.
