The total size of the space, including the balcony, is 79 m2 / 850 square feet.

The master bedroom features air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix, walk-in closet with private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony.

Second bedroom features AC and SmartTV with Netflix.

The balcony is spacious and perfect for relaxing, reading a book or enjoying good company.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, microwave, blender, and cooking utensils. The dining table can easily function as dedicated workspace.

Very comfortable and clean

My colleague and I stayed at the apartment recently for a two-week convention. The apartment was very comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking ware, as well as a blender for delicious fruit smoothies, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The host was super responsive, helping us order groceries for delivery. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The building was well-secured and the pool area was lovely! Location was in the trendy Granada neighborhood, and you can walk to cafes and restaurants. The only thing to be aware of is the apartment is located up a steep hill, so wear your walking shoes! Overall, a fantastic stay - highly recommend.

Fantastic all around!

The accommodations are perfect - The location is ideal - we visited Cali for 5 days and within an 8 square block area we tried 12 different restaurants- ( and there were many more that we didn’t get to explore) — all with great food and super friendly service! The people at the front desk were amazing- the rooftop pool was very clean and relaxing - we had excellent weather - Communication with the host was very easy and prompt. The appliances are in excellent condition - One comment - the garbage chute is by the elevator - if you need extra towels, they are quickly delivered to your unit -I highly recommend this location - It suited our needs perfectly -One comment —- the washer /dryer combo is a bit finicky - Thank you -
