Worth is for the view!
The views from multiple rooms, and the balcony were incredible, and worth the money themselves. The house was spacious, and easily slept our group of 7. As described in many other reviews, the place has not been well kept up. The oven only worked on a convection setting, and we had to turn off the lights to see the very dimly lit temperature. We shared the house the several adorable geckos, as well as multiple cockroaches. Keep your food sealed. I have some back issues, and found sleeping on the floor to be more comfortable than sleeping on the mattress in the master bedroom. The others in my party (who don't have any back issues) seemed fine on their mattresses. The snorkeling was incredible, but not easily accessed. The walk over to the access point involved crossing a busy street with limited visibility twice, and then walking down a long dirt path with roots and uneven footing (not great for flip flops). It took us a while to figure out how to get there (the directions are posted on the wall near the kithen). It's a bit of trek to Napili beach, but doable. We enjoyed the hot tub, although it needs a new cover. Bits of plastic from it were floating through the water. There was limited and out of date information in the binder. I tried calling the property manager listed, but the person who answered hasn't even lived in Hawaii for over a year. The accurate information was on a sign in the yard. Anyway, we made it all work and had a lovely vacation.
