The house is all on one level. There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house.

➤ When you walk into the house, one of my favorite features are the archways.
➤ To the left is the kitchen with a solid wood table that seats 6, 2 extra folding chairs are available in the laundry room.
➤ The Oven and Stove are both brand new and recently installed.
➤ We have one highchair for any small children you may bring.
➤ The living room is a large vaulted ceiling, with two sofas and and a table for 2 in the back for extra seating.
➤ There's a TV set up with Roku, so that you can sign into your favorite Streaming Services.
➤ There's also a fireplace (wood sold separately)
➤ The Master bedroom is fitted with King sized bed, a sofa that folds out to accommodate another person to sleep on.
➤ The Master bedroom also has its own dedicated workspace, with a desk and rolling chair.
➤ The other 3 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed to accommodate up to 2 guests per room.
➤ One of these 3 additional rooms also has a sofa that folds out to accommodate another guest to sleep on.
➤ The patio has an outdoor table and chairs with a blue cover to keep the sun off you.
➤ Hanging patio lights help set a relaxing mood in the evening.
➤ There’s a fire pit for gathering around the fire. (Firewood is sold separately for $12 a bundle).
➤ There are 3 full bathrooms with a place to shower. One bathroom has a tub.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire home except for the front hall closet which is set aside as our maid and maintenance closet.

➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.

ARRIVING:
Go to the front door and enter your guest-specific 4-digit code.

Whenever you leave the property, simply press the lock/unlock button at the top of the lock. Listen for the door to latch and test it to make sure it is secure. PLEASE NOTE: THE ELECTRONIC LOCKS DO NOT LOCK AUTOMATICALLY. PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR EACH TIME YOU LEAVE.

There is no key provided for the back door. But you will need to lock it from the inside before leaving.

DEPARTURE: There is a $50 charge for leaving the premises unsecured. Your departure will be at 11:00 AM on your checkout date.

PARKING: There is free parking in the driveway and on the street.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Guests will be allowed to use the fire pit outside and the fireplace inside. Please use these amenities and the property at your own risk, the Host and Home Owner are not liable for any injuries that may incur while staying at this property.

PETS: 2 small dogs (under 50 lbs) are allowed, but guests are required to pick up after their dogs. There is a $50 pet fee. If unapproved pets are brought, there will be a $250 fee. Extra or larger pets are up to our discretion and if they are approved, additional charges will apply.

SMOKING: We are a NON-SMOKING property. If there is evidence of smoking on our property, there will be a $750 fine and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund.

SLEEPING: There is a queen bed in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 King bed in the Master Bedroom. Two of the rooms have a futon that folds out into a sleeper sofa. So, we can accommodate up to 10 people sleeping. The linens and pillows for the futons are in the closets of their respective bedrooms. If you need any additional towels or linens, feel free to send me a message and I’ll have more brought by for you.

TV: There is a Roku TV in the living room. Feel free to sign into your own subscription services for Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Prime Video. Be sure to sign out of your accounts before Checkout to prevent future guests from using your subscriptions.

FIREWOOD: We provide firewood for $12/bundle. We leave it out in view of the camera, we will simply charge the fee for the missing inventory. So, if you use 2 bundles, then we will charge $24 at the end of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: We strive to provide a seamless and high-quality experience for all our guests. To ensure that each stay meets our high standards, we have a dedicated cleaning and maintenance schedule that must be followed between reservations. For this reason, late check-outs are not permitted and early check-ins are rarely available. Our team works hard to prepare the property thoroughly, ensuring it is cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Allowing extra time for this process helps us maintain the comfort and quality you expect. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning your arrival and departure times accordingly. Guests who do not checkout by the scheduled checkout time will be subject to a $60 penalty. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us create a smooth experience for all guests.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN TIME IS ANYTIME AFTER 4:00 P.M. The door code you've been provided will only work starting at that time. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

When requesting the door code in the messaging center, please provide your email and the secret Code word: mustang painting. This ensures that we know you've read the rules.
