Natural light, clean lines, thoughtful color, and simple, sophisticated décor create a bright, welcoming place to recharge after exploring Duluth.

The living area has city views, board games, a LED Smart TV for movie nights, and a dedicated workspace. The condo includes two bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, hangers, linens, and extra pillows and blankets, plus one bathroom.

You will receive your guidebook link via text message the morning of your arrival. The guidebook will provide check-in instructions along with your unique code and our customer service team's contact information. Check-In begins at 4 pm. Check-Out is at 10 am.

TRANSIT: While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.
