The Gooseloop Getaway 3 Bedroom house

Enjoy your stay in this super relaxing and clean 3 bedroom 2 bath house. We strive to keep it in immaculate state so that everyone that stays has a quality experience! This place is located just 5 mins away from Alturas. The house is on a 1.5 Acre lot surrounded by beautiful juniper trees.

GUESTS:

This place comfortably accommodates a group up to 7. Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests and we also have a couch that has a pull out queen size bed to accommodate the 7th guest.

🛌BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds with soft linens and plenty of space to spread out. Each bedroom has brand new plasma TVs.

❄️AIR CONDITIONING:

Brand new A/C in every bedroom and in the living room! Our A/C works well in the summer months to keep you cool.

🔥HEATING:

In the winter we use central heating and we also provide an infrared heater for each bedroom. The home stays quiet toasty! FIREPLACE IS NOT TO BE USED.

💦WATER:

We have our own water well. The water in this home DOES have some SEDIMENT in it. The water has been TESTED and is perfectly SAFE.

⏲KITCHEN:

Our Kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes: a newly installed stainless still sink, Brand new stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, cooking stove/oven and a microwave - Installed May 2023! We also provide a Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, Ninja blender, all eating utensils, cups and plates etc.

AMENITIES:

Generous quantities of linens, comforters, blankets and soft high-quality towels.

FORGOT SOMETHING? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED!

Generous amounts of individually wrapped razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, lotion, soaps, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, feminine products etc. These amenities are for you to use during your stay here.

🧺LAUNDRY:

We have a descent size laundry room with BRAND NEW Samsung washer and dryer. We provide Laundry detergents, softening sheets etc.

📺ENTERTAINMENT:

We have 4 BRAND NEW plasma TVS with NETFLIX AND HULU INCLUDED! Frontier Internet access. We also have a variety of board games for a memorable time with the family. There is a propane BBQ grill located outside. Absolutely NO FIRES outside.

👶KIDS/BABIES:

This place is suitable for children. We have a box filled with toys along with a variety of coloring books and puzzles that will keep your little one busy! A baby crib is available for those traveling with small children. We can also provide a high chair (only upon request) at time of booking. Our goal is to make your stay more easy and convenient!

📍LOCATION:

This house is conveniently located just 5 mins out of town. This house is on a 1.5 acre lot. Deer, rabbits and birds visit the property often! You will occasionally see us around the house doing some outside work/maintenance.

🪧SIGNS:

We have polite signs & instructions posted. We ask that you please follow these instructions. Please note that these reminders are not intended to offend you. If you have any questions regarding any sign, please feel free to reach out to us.

🚘PARKING:

This house has its own private drive with a spacious parking area on the property.

🎥SECURITY CAMERAS:

We do have security cameras located outside. Please do not adjust, cover or unplug the security camera.

❄️FOR WINTER GUESTS:

We have a long gravel driveway, A 4x4 / AWD vehicle or a car with chains are HIGHLY RECOMMEND as the driveway does NOT get plowed regularly. Any 4x4 or AWD vehicles can easily make it to the house with no problem. We are Not responsible if your vehicle gets stuck on your way to the house or you aren’t able to make it to the house because of your vehicle. NO Refund will be issued. Please be prepared for snow.

⚠️ ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION ⚠️

Please make sure you have selected the appropriate amount of guests staying with you in your reservation. (This includes babies and kids). Any additional guests that have NOT been pre-approved prior to your booking will result in a $20/per guest per night violation fee.

🚭SMOKING:

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. We do however have a cigarette butt receptacle outside for you to use. (You will be charged a $250 fee if you break this rule)

🐶🐱 PETS:

NO PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. (You will be charged a $120 fee per animal & asked to leave the house if you break this rule).

🗑GARBAGE:

If you are here for a long stay. (One week or more) Please place your garbage in the trash can located in entrance of the driveway.
