The property had a few highlights, including beautiful views and well-maintained pools, which we appreciated. It also offered ample space for our group, which met our basic needs. However, the amenities within the condo were lacking. Only two of the TVs were functional—possibly due to dead remote batteries—and there were not enough toiletries provided to last the duration of our stay. The cleanliness of the linens was questionable, as the sheets did not appear freshly laundered. The checkout rules felt excessive, and we were startled when the cleaning staff entered unexpectedly as we were packing to leave. Additionally, for families who plan to cook during their stay, we recommend bringing your own cookware, as the kitchen supplies were minimal. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and would likely not book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room. Everything worked and was very clean. Would definitely recommend. Was great to have a view of the bay and of the beachfront at the same time.

Wonderful week for national softball tournament!

Beautiful and comfortable penthouse. The view is spectacular and cannot be beat. We did have an issue with the AC but management was quick to respond. Location is great with both gulf beach and bay easily accessed. Ice machine definite plus. If you plan to cook bring all seasonings and condiments. There is nothing furnished; not left over items or even salt and pepper. Lots of space and tvs in all bedrooms. Great place for a large group.

Need updating, and Maintenance....

At 1 time a beautiful condo... Now, The furniture needs replacing,, the Springs are non-existent. The surfaces are filthy and stained.
