Welcome to beautiful Gulf Shores. This home is on a very special large lot, you can view the entire lagoon & the gulf. The sunsets & sunrises are breath taking to say the least. The pool is elevated to deck level. Just added a brand newhot tub! This home also has a covered porch on all sides. This is a large home & is all on one floor, the kitchen & living area is 30X30 & can seat 14 people at mealtime. The bedrooms include one king in the master & two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom also there is a bunk room with 2 singles and a double bunk on bottom and single in top there is also two sleeper sofas in the living room if needed. This is a well-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators with ice makers as well as a ice machine, D/W, all granite counter tops, the entire kitchen and living area have European porcelain tie floors and carpet in the bedrooms, there is a large flat screen TV in the living room and a TV in all bedrooms as well as DVD players, included is wireless Internet. Also a aluminum NON-SMOKING HOME) (FAMILY GROUPS ONLY, NO STUDENT GROUPS)

WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH SIDE. There is a public access a few miles east of property.
Check in is at 4 pm -check out is at 9 am (no exceptions made to check in/out policy as this is a large home to clean and turn for next guest)
Minimum Age Limit for Renters is 25 -children welcome nonsmoking only -pets considered suitable for elderly with approval.

Very clean!! Quick response to my questions, the pool was great for the grandkids, they loved the hot tub. Very spacious and nice size washer and dryer. The deck lights were off but they are working on it. We loved fishing off the deck!! Will definitely return! You can’t go wrong with this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was set up perfectly for children with lots of toys, the pool, and lots of sand to dig in. The dock and area by the water was beautiful and showed us some of the most beautiful sunsets and rises we have ever seen!! Having a bathroom and TV in each room was also great for multiple families. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pan, and kitchen gadgets and the 2 refrigerators were awesome to have. There is tons of space for eating together and accommodating large groups. The location is great, easy to get to gulf shores and the beach. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. On the other hand, this property could use a good ceiling to floor cleaning, it was very dusty in corners of floors, blinds, etc. A few of the beds also appeared to need replaced. Walls could use a wipe down in bathrooms etc. This house also had clear evidence of roaches. We saw roaches in all life stages of life and had to take measures to protect our belongings. Even with the cons considered, we had a wonderful stay! With some simple improvements we would give this property a 10!!

It’s great to know the layout worked well for multiple families and that the children enjoyed the toys and sand area. We’re also glad the kitchen, two refrigerators, and large dining spaces helped make gathering together easy for everyone. We truly appreciate you sharing your suggestions as well. We have passed your notes along to our housekeeping team so they can give extra attention to areas like blinds, corners, and bathroom walls during deep cleans. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the home for future visitors. The property is also on a routine professional pest control program and is serviced regularly. Because the home is located on the water in a coastal environment, occasional insects can sometimes appear despite preventative treatments. However, we have asked our pest control provider to perform an additional inspection to ensure everything is in great shape. We are so glad you had a wonderful stay overall and really appreciate you highlighting so many of the features that make this home special for families and groups. We would love to host you again on a future visit to the area.

great vacation

The property is as advertised, the pool and the pier are nice features. Plenty of room and a nice fully stocked kitchen. We made use of both the charcoal and gas bbq pits. No complaints, all positive, we had a great time.

Perfect stay for families

Great location, great layout, great amenities. Far enough from the hussle of downtown but close enough to run in for supplies if needed. We really enjoyed staying on the lagoon side as it gave us additional water fun and wildlife spotting. Kids caught a crab off the pier and we saw dolphins across the road in the gulf (close and easy access). The open concept layout is perfect for the whole family to get together and each bedroom having its own bathroom was great.

Sitting On The Dock

Great house. Five separate bedrooms with each having their own bathroom, plus one extra bathroom. Laundry room, ice maker, oven, grills, two refrigerators, everything you would need. We finished our second stay here and it was great. Clean, quiet and well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

Annual family beach vacation

This was the first time we had stayed in Gulf Shores, and we loved this house! The area was so quiet! Access to the beach was easy, and the pool was a great added feature! My boys loved to fish off the dock, too. The ice maker quit working during our stay, and the owner quickly sent someone to repair it. It was a great vacation!

Great place for our family

It is a great lay-out for our 14 family members. Cocktail pool was enjoyed by all. Well stocked. With very few exceptions it is in fine condition. It had everything we needed and more. Beach access is a bit of a challenge, but we got there. Our group would like to return.

Little Lagoon

This house was perfect for my family. There were 13 of us (8 adults and 5 kids). We had best of both worlds, the beach just across the street and the lagoon in the back yard with a very nice pier for fishing. The pool may be small, but it was a huge hit for the kids. It was fully equipped with all the essentials plus extras. We really enjoyed our week and plan to return in the future!

Great Stay

Home set up was perfect for our family. The kitchen felt like home with the all of the things we use in our own home....including a cajun feel. The dock is one of the nicest we've had access to at any of the properties we've been to. The only thing missing was a cover but there is plenty of cover on the back porch. The small pool was perfect for our little ones. This is an area that we have stayed in before and we really like the privacy and less crowded beach. The walk to the beach was a little farther than we'd hoped but overall a great week.
