Cozy 101 year old home located several steps from the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards. This house is great for families or a group of friends looking for a place to call home while getting to know all of what Fort Worth has to offer. Conveniently situated a short 6 minute drive from Downtown and 9 minute drive from West 7th.

The space
1 story 1050 SQFT home with a front porch are enclosed with a fence. The backyard has views of the Stockyards, with the Cowtown Coliseum distinctly visible when looking North East. Vintage cabinets gives this kitchen more distinction while still blending a modern look with it's new granite counter top and faucet.

Guest access
The entire house, front and back yard are available for the guests to use. Private parking on premises can accommodate up to 4 cars!

The unoccupied guest house is off limits.

Very clean, responsive. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Very dark inside. Loud at night, but it’s the location to the stockade. We appreciated the stocked water, towels and toiletries. Would have been nice to have detergent but understand it’s not their responsibility. There is a nice grocery store a block away w a sweet owner.
