About this space
Have fun with the family at this entire 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a private pool and jacuzzi year round (pool non heated). Also enjoy a private gym and air hockey table. There’s a television in every bedroom and gym including a 60” tv in the living room all with xfinity cable. Wfi is also available. This home also features a jetted bathtub, a large covered back patio area, and a barbeque. Large, spacious kitchen nicely equipped. The gym offers a play area for the young ones while you workout.
The space
Your family will have fun at this stylish home. This was our family home and now we hope many others can enjoy it as well. We’ve strived to offer amenities for all ages. The home offers two queen size beds, two twin size beds (one is a trundle), and a large sofa that comfortably sleeps one. Cleanliness and sanitation is of utmost importance to us, so we clean and sanitize after every stay. We do not allow parties or large gatherings. This is a family oriented neighborhood, and we ask that you respect the neighbors. The pool is private and accessible year round (non heated), it’s a must during the hot summer days in the Central Valley. Also accessible year round is a seven person private, heated jacuzzi tub. We offer a gym for your convenience as well as an area for the little ones while you’re working out. We’ve added many amenities to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Our large kitchen has a lot of added amenities such as muffin tins, pizza pans, rice cooker, toaster oven, crock pot, electric hot water kettle, blender, toaster, spices, popcorn, coffee, drip coffee maker and Keurig , pour over coffee, electric can opener, sandwich maker, small George Forman lean fat grilling machine, hand mixer, measuring cups, food storage containers. We also provide an iron and ironing board. A children’s cot, pack n play, high chair, baby tub, baby gates, and children’s character sleeping bags. A child’s table with chairs in the living room and gym. Calgon lavender honey moisturizing bath beads for the jetted bathtub. Johnson and Johnson baby wash, Jergens lotion, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes/spray. Alarm clocks in all three bedrooms, 2 clocks have sleep sounds. During the summer we provide pool towels, sunscreen , pool toys and floats.
