I rented the house for the Spanish town parade, it was walking distance. The house was very nice and the location was great! The host responded in minutes any time I had a question!

Great weekend house

My guests and I rented the house for a Mardi Gras ball. The location was perfect in regards to how close it is to The River Center. We really enjoyed the multi levels of the house; it accommodated our group well. The game room downstairs was great! Thank you for a great stay!

The property is located close to downtown and an easy drive to LSU campus. New build. Plenty of room for an extended family traveling to Baton Rouge. Check in and out was easy.

The house was nice but we are not from the area so I wasn’t sure about the neighborhood…it was ok but a little sketchy.

Very nice home. Although neighborhood leaves an impression of being a little sketchy we had absolutely no issues with the location. Plenty of room in the updated home for our group of multiple coupes/singles. Amenities lists that there is a hot tub but that was not true. If you consider stay please beware that you will be climbing lots of stairs. A requirement from the point of entry.
