The Space: This lovely home boasts a king size bed, a queen size bed, over-sized dining area and large kitchen, offering plenty of space for you and your fellow travelers. We provide coffee and basic cooking spices and oil, and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. We also have fast Wifi, since the home is 5 minutes to downtown Spokane or Kendall Yards. Our back yard is fenced, but smaller pets should still be supervised so that they don't escape.
We do have a recording devices on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street and the porch. The rear camera is overhead at the back door and faces the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas
You'll go up approx 4 steps to the covered front porch, and then enter the home through the front door. The front yard is fenced. Upon entering the front door, you can go left to enter the living room with smart TV and cozy couch for lounging. Or you can go right, and access the dining room and attached king bedroom with walk-in closet. Past the dining room is the full kitchen, coffee stand, and laundry room by the back door which leads to the back porch. Also off the kitchen, is the full bathroom with bath/shower insert, full vanity and lots of space, and the queen bedroom.
The basement and second floor are not for guests at this time. Street parking is available and free.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access: This unit offers free street parking if you drive here. Also available are LimeBike, LimeScooter, Spokane public buses (by STA, Spokane Transit Authority), Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs.
The Neighborhood: Spokane's West Central neighborhood is one of the oldest railroad-central neighborhoods. There are sidewalks for walking, many small restaurants and stores, and main arterials nearby. Aloha Island Grill is a must-try on Monroe St!
Getting Around: Neighborhood is just minutes to downtown Spokane.
Driving distance: 5 minutes to I-90 (east or westbound) 5 minutes to downtown Spokane. 8 minutes to Providence Sacred Heart. 5 minutes to Deaconess Hospital. 5 minutes to Kendall Yards. 5 minutes to River Park Square 8 minutes to Gonzaga University. 10 minutes to Northtown Mall. 13 minutes to Providence Holy Family. 10 minutes to Spokane airport. 29 minutes to Greenbluff. 14 minutes to Whitworth University. 18 minutes to Fairchild Air Force Base. 57 minutes to Silverwood. 56 minutes to Mt Spokane.
Other Things to Note: Pets are allowed but are not allowed on any furniture. We do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet. Additional pets are $10 per night. Pet fees are nonrefundable and will be requested through the resolution center after the reservation is confirmed and prior to your stay. Pet fees must be paid prior to check in or your door code will not function at the time of check in.
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover. For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours. For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home! It was clean, inviting, and well-stocked upon our arrival. We had no issues whatsoever and it made for such a relaxing, fun getaway planned around a concert at Northern Quest Casino. Fast access to ride shares and DoorDash/Instacart, and located on a quiet block with friendly neighbors. The host was very kind and communicative, we can’t wait to come back!

Came to Spokane for a Volleyball tournament. This house was in close proximity to where we played. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Not too far from downtown. Would stat here again.

Perfect house for a family of four plus pets
We were looking for a pet-friendly house, and this was the perfect place—a fenced-in yard, front & back! My daughter’s larger dogs took the backyard, my pup got the front yard—4’ picket fence ideal for smaller dogs. The house was clean & well-appointed for a long weekend or months long stay. Washer & dryer. Great location. We will stay here again!
