Loft Bedroom: One queen and one full bed

Located at the top of steep interior stairs. The loft features built-in privacy screens that help block the overlook into the living area, but please note it does not have a door.

Den: Queen sleeper sofa

Please note: All bedrooms have window blinds, but they are not blackout blinds.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dishes you’ll need. A breakfast bar offers casual seating, and the dining area is perfect for shared meals.

Living Room:
The updated living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flatscreen TV with Roku, Netflix, and free Wi-Fi—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure.

This well-appointed condo offers everything you need for a memorable mountain vacation—comfortable sleeping space, convenient amenities, and easy access to everything Vail has to offer.

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent—enough to comfortably get you through a typical stay. If you need additional supplies during your visit, the on-site market makes it easy and convenient.

Our condo does not have air conditioning, as the cool mountain air usually keeps things comfortable. For best results, we recommend opening the windows during the cooler evening and early morning hours to let in fresh air. Ceiling fans are installed in the main living area and loft to help circulate the breeze throughout the day.
