The Space:
This bright and thoughtfully designed apartment accommodates up to 2 adults plus 2 children (see house rules), offering a calm, spacious setting ideal for longer stays or relaxed city breaks.
The open living and dining area is finished in soft, neutral tones and filled with natural light from large windows and sliding glass doors. Comfortable seating, a streaming TV, and a clean, modern layout create an easy space to unwind, while direct access to the private balcony invites you outside throughout the day.
The balcony overlooks Biscayne Bay, the marina, and the surrounding waterfront, offering a pleasant spot for morning coffee, fresh air, or quiet moments above the city.

The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.

*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.
Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.
