Walk everywhere and don't worry about parking! Location and convenience are just the major perks of this beautifully restored and unique old Victorian home.

Driveway fits up to 3-4 vehicles (depending on size). Sorry no pets!

1st floor: Fully furnished living room, dining room, all kitchen cookware and utensils available. TV with DVD player. Sign into your NetFlix or Xfiinity account.

2nd Floor: Three bedrooms, 1 King bed, 2 full beds, 1 queen bed and daybed with twin mattress.

3rd Floor: One King Size Bed.

The house is conveniently located to everything Asbury Park has to offer. It is a 5-minute walk to The Stone Pony where you can enjoy an evening concert or visit the Watermark for a delicious cocktail on a rooftop, NYC style lounging. Check out Porta, rated excellently by the NYTimes, for some delicious octopus or brick oven pizza, also a 5 min walk from the house. If you haven't been to Asbury Park in a while, you'll be blown away by the changes. Downtown Asbury offers an array of trendy eating establishments, art galleries, and shops.

The house is loaded with light thru multiple bay windows. Open floor plan with new appliances and kitchen cabinets, spotless hardwood floors and custom tiled baths. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the huge front porch.

Great place

Terrific location; clean, up to date and comfortable. We were there for work but sitting on the front porch taking in the view for a few minutes almost felt like a vacation! Would definitely rent again.

Two week family vacation.

We had such a great time in Asbury Park this summer. The house was perfect for the six of us. The distance to the beach was great, and riding scooters in AP was so easy. Dileimys was a perfect host. Super responsive, and replaced the washing machine within a day after it broke. Highly recommend staying at the Heck House.

Spring in Asbury

We loved our stay, the location was perfect and the weather was ideal for sitting on the lovely large porch. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent house, excellent location

We loved staying on Heck Street. Dileimys was the best host; detailed and accommodating. We had everything we needed for a fun time at the shore.

Our Asbury week

Four couples stayed for a week. The walk to the beach and parking in the driveway was easy. The bedrooms were large, but the 3rd floor BR had an awkward staircase. We cooked in most nights. We had a great week there.

Beautiful house, convenient to boardwalk and beach.

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The location is a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We had a wonderful family vacation. Asbury Park has so much to do, we all wished we could have stayed longer. The private driveway is a plus.

Great house, even better location!

House is just as described in the listing, plenty of room and well apportioned. Host is very communicative and friendly. Best of all, the location is unbeatable - 10 minute walk to everything Asbury Park has to offer. I would absolutely return!

Perfect to be near beach and boardwalk

The property was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very responsive and helpful for any questions. Our three-generation family enjoyed convenience to the beach, and walking to the boardwalk every evening for ice cream! Only suggestion would be to add floor and desk lamps in bedrooms and living room - very difficult to read in the evening with glaring overhead lights.

Classic Shore House with great Location

We were in town for a friends wedding at the Asbury, it was the perfect house walking distance to downtown, the Asbury Hotel, and Porta which was perfect for us! It seemed record-settingly hot the day we checked in, so walking in to the house was stifling, but each room had a window unit AC which cooled down the house quickly.

Wedding weekend in Asbury Park

Great house for a weekend wedding in Asbury Park! 5 Minute walk to the hotels and bars, the Asbury Lanes and convention center! Plenty of space to spread out and a great front porch to enjoy. Off street parking for a few cars is a real plus. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back to the house for another weekend event. Those with older folks in your group - the stairs in the house would be a concern.

Great location, Good space, minimal comforts

This house is clean and well kept (feels like a recent paint, etc.). Updates are done well but basic. It is an older house so stairs are steep (especially to 3rd floor (attic)). Bedrooms are a good size with plenty of closet space. Main living area has a good layout for a group. Furniture is adequate but sparse. Bedrooms could use end tables and lamps. Living room could be set up a little smarter (we actually flipped some of the seating to make it work better). Kitchen appliances were good but was hard to serve a dinner for the house (not a lot of serving platters or utensils, not enough matching plates, we actually bought forks to have enough). Navigating 2 bathrooms in a 5 bedroom house was challenging but doable. Bottom line: definitely recommend it for a weekend or a short stay, especially if you are planning on spending time exploring the local sites. If you are looking for a week or longer and plan on spending most of your time at the house, it might be a bit challenging.

Loved it

We were in town for a family wedding. This place was everything I wanted & everything it advertised itself as. No bad surprises, only nice ones. The house was spotless and amenities fine. Stairs were narrow, but we are an older group. Location was great, so close to the center of the boardwalk. The street was very narrow and the advertised off-street parking was essential, again as described. I hope to hav3 an opportunity to rent it again.

Wonderful wedding weekend!

What a convenient location! What a beautiful property! This house was exactly what we—the family of the bride—needed for a weekend wedding. Walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown; plenty of space in the house for meals and family time; and a quiet nighttime experience for the youngest members of our family. This property was perfect for us!

Asbury Park Perfection!

This house was the absolutely perfect for our weekend in Asbury. It slept everyone comfortably, had a large space for us to hang out and catch up, and was located near to everything we wanted to do in town. Dileimys was so kind and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. The neighborhood is quiet. Loved everything about the weekend!

Cute, roomy house just blocks from the beach

Property is as is in the listing. Lots of charm, a lot of space too! The location was perfect, just a few blocks to the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again.

Fabulous friends get-together by the beach!

Our group got together at this fabulous property in a bit of a post-quarantine celebration and had a simply fantastic time. The property was clean, well appointed, and perfectly located to all the attractions Asbury Park has to offer. Could not be more pleased with our stay on Heck Street!

Great get away

The house is roomy, with lots of character. The beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed for a great stay. The owner was very good with communicating. Check in and check out were easy. The house is just a quick little walk to the beach

Lovely house owned by lovely people

The house is full of character and super comfortable. It was also super close to the boardwalk and to our wedding venue. Dileimys went way beyond what most hosts would do to help us. Our dog broke his hip four days before the wedding and she helped us make an accommodation for him at the house. She was super responsive and friendly, but beyond that- she was very kind.

Lovely older home in amazing location

Communication with the owner was stellar. The house is a beautiful older home in a perfect location just a few blocks from the famous Asbury Park boardwalk. The bedrooms could use side tables, but other than that, a perfect visit.
