Enter through the 2 car garage or lower level entryway. On this floor, you'll find a mudroom, a bedroom with a queen and bunk bed, and an ensuite full bathroom. Upstairs is an open living space flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows and vaulted ceilings. Here you will find a large kitchen open to the sitting room and fireplace, plus a dining table for 6. One bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom, a king bedroom that shares a bathroom with another two queen bedroom. Pass through one of the bedrooms to access the large patio with a grill and hot tub.

Sunburst Chalet is perfect for anyone who wants to experience Vail like a local. That means staying in a lovely residential neighborhood with incredible views and enjoying being surrounded by nature.

Upcoming Renovations: Side B has exciting renovations underway! All bathrooms will be renovated in an attractive and functional mountain modern style. Plus, a 4th bathroom will be installed! Renovations are scheduled to conclude December 14, 2024.

Location: This duplex is located in the town of Vail, 0.3 miles from the Vail Golf Club clubhouse, 1.9 miles from the Vail transportation center and 0.1 miles from the popular recreation trail perfect for biking and walking. The Town of Vail bus stop is 0.3 miles or an 8 minute walk from the front door. This free bus stops every 10-15 minutes during ski season and every 20-30 minutes the rest of the year. It is an easy and quick trip to Vail Village!
