Minutes to downtown Guelph. On the Eramosa river. Canoe rentals at the Boathouse, health food store, walking/cycling trails just outside the doorstep. Close to University of Guelph. Quiet area. Great restaurants within walking distance.
Must like dogs. ( owner has 1-10 yr. Old Jack Russel in home)
BBQ and gazebo garden backyard. Beautiful front deck view.
1 bedroom -queen size bed. Linen supplied-Quiet time 11 pm.
