There weren’t any forks? Did you check under the cabinet? There should have been silverware in tray below with items needed. I apologize if this was not there and appreciate you letting me know.

Best Hostess EVER

Suzanne was the greatest to work with. All my questions were answered quickly and so courteously. She was so helpful and kind. HIGHLY recommend this rental, and will keep it in my favorites for future use.

Convenient location and comfortable property

It was a great stay overall. I was there for a conference and it was convenient. Suzanne was very responsive when I had a question. I wish there were more conveniently placed outlets though. I had taken my own extention cord so it worked out, otherwise the outlets are not easy to reach from the beds and nightstands.

The unit itself was very nice and clean. No complaints there. However, the complex as a whole could use some updating. The hallways are looking old and dated and only one elevator out of three was working the entire stay.

Tennis courts and gym

When I went to play tennis the hostess told me it was going to cost $18 per hour per person. My children and I could not afford that and I thought it was included in the condo fees. The equipment in the gym was broken and the doors were even locked the next time I tried to work out. The free weights were fine, and the gym was clean when the gym was open. The location was great and the pool was perfect for families. My children had a great time learning how to swim because of the shallow depth.

Hi Daniel, What tennis courts did you go to and what hostess did you speak to in regard to this matter? Was this someone working at the resort or on site at tennis facility? There is no information in the property guest guide that was sent upon booking that tennis facilities are included. Most of the activities around the resort are extra such as golf greens fees, bikes, beach chairs, etc. The fitness center has a punch code to enter into. Each guest receives a code to get into the amenities to use during their stay. It was sent to you prior to your arrival with your access code to the unit. I apologize this happened to you and am just now learning about this. I would have been able to help if I knew more about this during your stay. Glad the children had fun learning how to swim. Thanks for being our guest!

We could not check in for hours, host was unavailable, we missed a wedding party the first night, place at a chemical smell, and we had to leave the door open, but no screen to the outside, toilet stopped up, no plunger, The nine good reviews we saw, had to be paid for and fake, requested a courtesy partial (200 on 600) host stopped communicating, after the first night, we asked to be released so we could get other lodging and was denied…Getting ready for the wedding the hairdryer didn’t work, when we arrived, we had to spend 45 minutes trying to get the lamps to work, I had to move gigantic beds away from the wall and plug them in, this was horribleEvery time we communicated with the host, they did nothing, don’t fall for the fake reviews
