This updated 2nd floor home has 3 cozy bedrooms, to accommodate 4 Adults and 4 children comfortably. Relax in the living room and stream your favorite shows, or kick back on the balcony for sunrise & sunsets. You'll find most everything you need, fresh linens, kitchen supplies and bath essentials. The property hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc; towels and sheets are also provided. The location is good and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this property!

The property was very well maintained inside and it was a great location for our family. Since my children are all college-aged, I didn't have to worry about distance to beach/boards. I was so grateful that we could bring our dog!

Nice place, great communication

Highly recommend. Owners were quick to communicate. Place is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was a good value, in great shape and everybody left happy.

Tim & Hannah were the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond expectations and the communication pre-checkin through post check-out was stellar. The location was perfect and convenient and the amenities were plentiful. They will 100% go out of their way to make sure their guests are satisfied. Thank you again for generously accommodating my daughter's group and for being what a quality VRBO host should be!

Boardwalk Hall in AC and ocean getaway

The location was great for us. The house was perfect for us. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Close enough drive to Atlantic City to go to the show and be back in a peaceful neighborhood shortly after the show was over. Tim and Hannah answered us very quickly anytime we had a question. Look forward to going back again!

Family location

Great location walking distance to boardwalk and Asbury shopping. Also a great coffee/ bagel shop across the street. Clean space for our family and dog.

Family vacation!

We had an amazing time in ocean city Nj. Definitely recommend this place to stay Tim and Hannah are great host and we’re extremely accommodating! The house is also well stocked and so close to the boardwalk and plenty of restaurants and shops!

Great spot for weekend stay

Stayed for the weekend while in town for a fundraiser event. Perfect spot in proximity to the boardwalk and to get back over the bridge into Somers Point and Linwood. Rental was clean and street parking was available right in front. Dog friendly was a plus. It was just 3 adults staying so could see it getting crowded with more people as there is just 1 bath. But it was perfect for us.

Great Stay

Everything you want and need for your stay plus Tim & Hannah were great hosts. The condo was spotless upon arrival, communication with the hosts was seamless, and overall the condo is spacious with a very nice kitchen/dining area. Parking was a breeze on 11th St as the description suggests.

We had a wonderful stay at your home! One thing that we always look for when arriving at rental homes is the cleanliness- I give your home 5 stars!! This house was perfect for our September getaway. The decor was a great added bonus to a very pleasant stay. Thank you and we look forward to visiting again next year!
