Fabulous large house on the lake. Perfect for a large family or group gathering. This home is CLEAN and the beds and bedding and pillows are all high quality and very comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment and dishes and everything you need to entertain. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful house!!! Every bedroom is just as comfortable as the next. The mother in law suite was a nice private area. The house has an abundance of amenities. The outdoor fire pit was lovely in the evenings.

We loved this property! It was conveniently located just 15 minutes from the quaint downtown Saratoga and boasted stunning lake views and activities. The house was spacious and well stocked with kitchen essentials and more. The large bathrooms and bedrooms make it an ideal space for large groups and the owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions.

Would absolutely recommend this house to any large family or group. The perfect place to stay on the lake and close enough to town and the race track. The house had a great outdoor space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and great communal areas. The host was really responsive and even offered to send back an item we left the next day!

Amazing space and location

We hosted 7 of us for Thanksgiving and had an amazing time! Bathroom were so gorgeous! Great location and quiet street. Many areas to hang out for a larger group.

Work Team Retreat

This property was perfect for our team’s work retreat. Plenty of lovely spaces to congregate inside and out, and accessibility to the water for leisure activities was a huge bonus! We would return here, without hesitation.

Wonderful house next to the lake!

The property is perfect for a large group - the outdoor dining area is fantastic, hangout spots are great throughout, and access to the lake is unparalleled (it is a bit muddy / overgrown by the dock but really awesome access and super fun to just float around by there). The one call out is it looks more secluded in the photos than in reality - there is a small house directly across the street and next to the house.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything about this property was outstanding. From the initial booking, which was seamless, to the end of our stay, we felt very much like we belonged there. The property was in a fabulous location right on the water about 15 minutes from the main part of Saratoga Springs. We had every possible amenity covered - full service kitchen, so many nooks to hide out in and read a book and the bedrooms were fabulous. We had five couples stay and every one of them had their own room with a queen bed (or bigger). There was even an overflow room for any snorers! The property owners/managers were very responsive, attentive and proactive. We loved our stay and would definitely come back! Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

Great Weekend

Our stay at this property was perfect for our couples getaway! The weather was just starting to be chilly so we spent time around the fire pit and used the grill for dinner every night. Each morning we used the guest book to help us figure out where to go for coffee, lunch, and dinner. We arrived to a handwritten note and some small welcome gifts from the host, who was always available if we needed anything. We felt like we were at our own home. Our group decided to make this a yearly trip and we cannot wait until the next time we come! We will probably also bring our families during the summer so we can rent a boat and use the dock on the property. Thank you for hosting us, we look forward to renting here again!!!

A group of 7 women stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect! The host was very communicative, the house is amazing, and the views were breathtaking! We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Would definitely recommend this property!
