This listing combines our Port and Starboard suites, offering 4 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 1 queen, 4 ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. There are also 2 living rooms with 4K TVs including access to our library of 4,000 movies & TV shows, board games, and books. A grocery store, the beach, and incredible hikes are nearby. Any time of year, The Homestead is an ideal vacation destination. We're a boutique, small town seaside lodge that's close to many of the best places to see and things to do in Newfoundland. We offer inspiring, epic views of the natural environment and all the comforts of home in much larger than you'd expect suites that are decorated to reflect our distinctive marine location. With the ocean at our doorstep, your outside adventures await. Inside you'll have multiple entertainment options, including a never-ending film festival sized movie collection, or just sit back and listen to the sound of the surf.

7 of us lived here and it was a great place. Impeccably clean and all amennties provided and in fully functional. Beautfoul view and has good cafes and convenience stores clsoeby. Absolutely recommended

We were 7 adults who spent 3 night at this unique waterfront property! It was our second stop on our 12 days trip. The location was perfect when we did our sightseeing trips. There was a convenience store around the corner, that sold everything you would need. Just a short drive to town there was a Walmart, Foodland, and restaurants. The four spacious bedrooms with ensuites were spacious, had plenty of storage, and all had water views. The two living areas gave us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything you would need, but the only downside was kitchen table that was way too small for a big group to sit and enjoy our meals together. Karl was a great host, who was prompt to respond to all our enquiries. I would highly recommend the Homestead.

Bien situé, la maison est en bordure de la mer! C’est un grand appartement avec tout ce qu’on peut avoir besoin. Chambres avec salle de bain et douches. Il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin et plus.
