Imóvel muito aconchegante, tem tudo o que precisamos bem próximo (principalmente a praia), Adorei.

Tudo bem organizado, espaço para cozinhar a vontade, Seguro e (com tela na varanda) ideal para levar crianças, entrada e saída controlados, estrutura e serviços do condomínio são ótimos, varanda com visão do bairro e um pouco do mar, Praia super gostosa, limpa e com bastante coisas para fazer (Andar de bicicleta e até mesmo alugar uma, fazer caminhada, esportes com bola etc..., preço muito em conta e mais ainda para quem vai em grupo de amigos, adorei, Recomendo e sempre que tiver oportunidade voltarei.
