Meanwhile the family gathers around the dining table or on the largest of three balconies to make plans for a fun-filled day! This Destin beach condo helps you realize what life is all about- enjoying our beautiful planet and spending time with loved ones. Think of the memories you’ll make- did you learn to stand-up-paddle, play a great game of golf, peruse Destin’s outdoor malls or go deep sea fishing? It’s an oasis all its own with a private balcony overlooking the beach, a flat screen TV plus a huge bathroom boasting double vanities, an oversized bath and a glass walk-in shower. Mediterranea’s distinctive horseshoe architecture, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and Pompano Joe’s restaurant have kept visitors coming back again and again. Plenty of sun bathing chairs surrounding the beautiful resort sized pool are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include a tennis court, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access. This unit requires a 3 night minimum year around. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
