This 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes, California has a great location and the best game room in town! Play pool, ping pong, video games or relax in the spa and sauna. Summer time brings fun times at the swimming pool and is on the Green Line Shuttle and a short walk to town for those heavy winter days. Relax in the evening, cozy up around the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the large flatscreen TV/DVD or listen to your favorite music on the CD player. With updated flooring throughout and counter tops, this cozy cabin has modern amenities while still offering that Mountain getaway. Cook family meals in the fully stocked kitchen, with dining area for 6 plus additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The Master Bedroom features a King bed (with large screen TV, and updated and hall bath. The second bedroom also features a King bed with large flatscreen TV and shared bath. Lastly, the Loft is the perfect hangout for the kiddos offering 1 bunkbed with 2 twins + 1 Queen bed and large flatscreen TV. Unit even comes with free High Speed Wireless Internet and HBO on the smart TVs. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Maximum Occupancy: 8. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Fun trip in mammoth

Had to come to enjoy the powder blessing. Check in was a breeze. The home we stayed in was fully equipped. Showers nice and hot. Quick walk to the shuttle stop. I’d come back again. Highly recommend

Yearly vacation

The property was nice and comfy. Just wish there was a bigger TV in living room and instructions on how to use the cable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Good place for a weekend trip

Property was as advertised there was so much ice on the stairs and walk way was very dangerous and parking lot was small and hard to park and get out. Overall everything else was smooth

A very outdated stay in Mammoth Lakes

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condominium feels like it was built in the 1970s and never updated. The furniture is old, the kitchen appliances are old and everything is very dusty and dirty. The condominium was cleaned but not in the corners so it just had this feel of being old and out of date then yet could really use an updating.Location was great and it has the potential of being a good unit, but not in its current state. If you’re a family looking for a good place to stay, I would choose another place.

Cute Mountain Cabin Close to Everything

The unit itself was the perfect size for us and close to everything you could need. It is a bit dated, but for the price point you cannot been it. The beds were comfy. The management company was very attentive. We had a short power outage due to winter storm and they checked in to make sure we were ok. The heat was hard to control.

Superbowl weekend in Mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good...the guy who shoveled snow did a great job in the face of overwhelming snowfall. The rest...a very poor unit. Dirty, old, cold and astonishingly uncomfortable. I have never paid so much for so little. Will never rent such a unit again, at least not knowingly. Cheaply outfitted and rundown.

Good value

Overall it’s a good value, easy walk to shops and restaurants and bed are comfy. Good storage area for ski stuff, lots of hooks to try clothes. Parking was easy. Set up would be great for two families with kids, just know that the bunkbed room is open to the living space. Kitchen had everything we needed. The complex overall is dated and needs some repairs. The front door was annoying to open and needs a new lock, the dishwasher is next to impossible to open. Those things could be fixed easily and were annoying. Hot tub had loads of unappealing foam. Not sure why and no fault of the property owner, but it meant avoided using the hot tub. Check-in is old fashioned since you have to pick up a physical key. Long time since we’ve had to do that. Also means you have to drop off the key end of stay.

Back to the Future

This property is old and outdated. The WiFi didn’t work the majority of our stay and the cable was spotty as well. We thought we could use the land line to call for maintenance since our cell phones wouldn’t work, but realized the phone didn’t have a cord. Thankfully our kids stayed healthy, because outside of walking through snow to a rec room on property to get WiFi, it would have been difficult to get help in an emergency. Luckily none of them fell off the loft…the loft with a bunk bed and queen bed and only 3 solid walls. Literally, if our kids jumped on the queen bed, they could have fallen one story to the tile below on the first floor. There’s a low railing, buuut…it can’t be to code. There are heaters in some rooms where you can turn a dial to get heat. The family room was pretty cold. Bring bed pillows, because all of them were flat. The light switch in the master bath has to be from 1975. This should be a $250 a night rental…

Thanks for your feedback and comments. It appears from our notes that there was an outage on the first night of your stay but it had been restored on the second day. Internet and cable service (from the same company) is very spotty and unreliable in the Mountains, but hey you don't come to Mammoth to watch TV! The loft is enclosed with 3 walls plus a door, plus a stair railing and banister so not exactly sure what is being referred to. If you are referencing the upper loft in that room, this is not open for access so nobody should have been in that space, it is not advertised and marked as not permitted for use. We will make sure that the heat in all rooms is working, the main room has a wood burning fireplace which is the main source of heat for that room. Next time please don't hesitate to reach out during your stay with any concerns or clarifications we can provide, we would be happy to assist further. Plenty of room, clean bathrooms, adequate kitchen, and most importantly, very conveniently, located on a shuttle stop. The only thing I would suggest to the owners is updating the flooring. The carpet felt dirty, and the tile floor was really cold during the winter. The fireplace worked, but after the first night we didn’t like to run it because we had a three-year-old and a six-year-old with us, and we were worried they would burn themselves on the backside of the fireplace. Also, the tiled steps from the kitchen area to the living room were a little dangerous without any railings. My suggestion would be to update the bedding to just plain white sheets and comforters. It was very easy to pick up the keys and drop them off at the end. We loved how we could park and walk to the condo very quickly with just a few steps to enter. Only two burners on the four burner electric stove were working, but it met our needs. They only provided one trash bag that we could find so we had to go out and buy a box of them to accommodate the trash we had for the three nights stay.

Ski vacation 5 nights

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit overall was dated, but clean, and everything seamed to work OK. My biggest complaint was the kitchen. The pots, pans, lids, and cooking utensils along with dishes, glasses and sileverware were a frustrating mess when it came time to prepare meals. I would have to sort through a stack of old pans and pots and play mix-n-match until I could locate something to work with (this was a noisy process which also served as a wake up call to all the guests while making breakfast).If you plan to do much cooking or meal preparation for your trip, I would not stay here. There also was a very short supply of paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and dishtowels. There was enough dishwashing detergent and toilet paper however. There was a coffee maker with no coffee filters. I don't know if it is the rental agency or owner who is responsible for these items, but it should be addressed, or at least alert the renter what to bring.The fireplace was nice, however there were only 2 fire starters provided, making starting fires a challenge after the 2 were used. The door to the fireplace had a worn-out gasket which seals the door and prevents fire danger due to flying sparks, I hope this will be repaired or replaced. Basically you had to hold the seal in place while closing the door.The recreation room games are coin operated, as are the washer/dryers, so be sure to bring your quarters.The hot-tub was great.The location is right on the bus route so you don't have to drive anywhere for most of Mammoth locations.

Hi Peter. Thanks for the review! I will have one of our maintenance staff check all the pots and pans in the condo and replace if necessary, as well as the fireplace door. Upon your arrival, we provide an initial (complimentary) stock of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, fire starters, etc. to get you through the first couple of days of your stay, any additional items must be replenished by the guest. Mixed feelings

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:1. Big space, three bedrooms, two levels, enough room to hold 2-3 families2. Fire place with plenty firewood3. Full size kitchen4. Extra blankets, pillows.Cons:1. Poor service. We contacted the property manager(?) asking for what kitchen cookware are provided, or if there are enough blankets for a group of 8. The manager's reply indicated what he did not know the detail. We found out there is no need to bring extra after our arrival. 2. Heater/Gas very noisy and have to turn off in order to sleep.3. Dirty Kitchen--- pizza left in the oven. Dirty carpets.4. The most disappointing thing out of our stay is :On the day of check out, we were supposed to leave by 10 am and drop off keys. We all prepared but one of our friend could not wake up and we had to call 911.This delayed our process of loading stuff to our vehicle. We all packed, and cleaned the kitchen, etc.When we called the 800 number to ask them if we can get one or two extra hours before leaving the property.We were refused rudely and told us unless we pay Extra Money.Our friend is still in the hospital and we did not know if the poor heat/gas had something to do with his sudden illness. As he could not sleep with the noisy heat on.Anyway, the service is quite lacking and there is not humanity in responding our request when our friend had such a life-treating event.

Hi Libo. Thanks for the review and glad you enjoyed the large space the condo has to offer. I hope your friend is feeling better. I am sorry we could not accommodate your late departure, as we did not know the reason for your request until now. The day you departed was the busiest day of the year and we typically do not allow early check-ins or check-outs during the holidays. Thanks, Cindy

Cute Mountain Cabin Close to Everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The logistics of the rental were very straight forward. We were able to check in after hours with no problem. The unit itself was the perfect size for us and close to everything you could need. It is a bit dated, but for the price point you cannot been it. The beds were comfy. The management company was very attentive. We had a short power outage due to winter storm and they checked in to make sure we were ok. The heat was hard to control.

Property is dated, many appliances did not work, the walls were dirty,towels poor quality with holes in them.The check in check out was very good and easy. I’ll use them again.St moritz number 12 is not a unit I’d consider in the future.
